The guys worked for three hours to do the job and considering my Audi A5 black metallic car is 15-years old, it now Looks like it’s just been re-sprayed. My car looks absolutely amazing and they had a previous bad polish attempt to remove from the lacquered finish. I am so chuffed with the results. Turned a few heads driving home too. 2 months agoDespite a various mixed reviews I took the car for a wash and wax £13 in a good hope. They were not busy and I was straight in, yet I was glad to be gone from there, as it was all very rushed and loud. The quality of the work is questionable as there were dirt marks all over and an old dry bird poo still on the freshly washed car. The area below the car doors was not even touched. Disappointing, I won’t come back.2 months agoDon’t go. Crooks trying to overcharge, do a substandard job, and steal your cash!I wanted and exterior and interior clean for £25. The guy had a look at the inside and said it would need a mini valet for £30 as it was too dirty. It wasn’t, it just had the usual floor bits that accumulate over time, nothing too crazy that wouldn’t be picked up with a hoover. I don’t even have floor mats to wash but I just said that’s fine anyway. I came back and another guy tried to charge me £35, which I refused. I then checked the car and the quality of the job wasn’t great, so I asked them to redo a couple of bits. Someone also stole the coins I had. Not much value wise, but still completely not ok. The guy said no one took the money but then gave me the equivalent money back.

I’ve used this service a few times and never really had a complaint, but I paid for the killer plus service but never received the buff and polish and the extra wheel clean was pointless as my wheels are thick with dirt still. Bird poo remains in a couple of places and water marks all over, particularly bad at the rear. Not impressed at all.
I’ve been coming here for years after getting fed up with every other supermarket car wash being broken down more than it was open. The Whale car wash is consistently excellent and the team are so friendly. I go for the Killer whale plus wash every time and love how my black car and rims sparkle for days afterwards.
They have a very loyal customer in me.
We’d had an accident with a tomato pasta sauce on the cream fabric upholstery of a hire car. I spent about 2 hours at home trying every top tip I could find on Google to remove it with absolutely no success. The chap who answered the phone at Whale Wash said to bring it in this morning and they’d do their best – they did!! All gone at a very reasonable price and saved me £££‘s probably. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient service and I honestly couldn’t be happier or more grateful!!

There were three personnel at this car wash when I visited. Two blonde/
fair-haired personnel and one with dark hair. The shorter of the two fair-haired personnel was sat down on a chair when I arrived, scrolling on their phone. They looked up at me with an expression of annoyance, like they were annoyed that I had disturbed them. The taller of the two blonde/fair-haired personnel seemed pleasant, and asked their dark-haired colleague if they could give me an air freshener. The dark-haired member replied ‘‘No’’. The dark haired member was abrupt and unfriendly. They could have smiled and said ‘‘how are you’’, but it seemed small talk was not in their repertoire. They gave instructions like ‘‘don’t apply your handbrake’’ and ‘‘keep the vehicle in neutral’’, with a very abrupt tone of voice. They never smiled and never said please/thank you! Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and I shall not be returning.
