Great car wash if you are confident being pulled through! Lots of wash options.
I like to think this type of wash is kinder to the bodywork than regular car washes or, especially, hand washes – though I don’t have any evidence for this!
The pre-wash is good.
There was a queue of about 5 cars when I come sited but it doesn’t take long to work through that.
Ripped off my wing mirror cover going to have to go back and hope they have it. Also the car still has dirty marks on it not worth the money at all
DO NOT COME HERE! Been here many of times and followed the same procedure. Once in the car wash the whole system was malfunctioning which resulted in a multi car pile up. My car being sandwiched in between two other cars causing damage to the back and front of my car including everyone else’s who were involved. For a company to be able to run with the correct legislations they must follow a sufficient and mandatory health and safety process in the course of any incident. This was not followed. The people involved felt unsafe and in terror due to the insufficient use of correct safety measures. If the system was to become sufficiently dangerous then risk to life would have occurred. I will be contacting head office and taking legal action of this company. Please do not go here and maximise your safety and the value of your car. The staff were inconsiderate and refused to pay a refund for an unwashed car.
Had my car cleaned today. The wheels were dirty with loose brake dust. Still looked the same after the wash. When I complained the operator said…. go away, your car is not new car, not my problem. He was angry and rude. Don’t use them.
I am a regular user of IMO Exeter car wash & find their standard consistently high. Today the after wash rinse and blow drier did not appear to be working. On reporting this I was informed that this was known about and that it would be working next week. The operator then turned on his heels and carried on with the next customer as he was the only operative there. Standards slipping?
