a year agoI usually wash my own car, but needed a quick wash.Decided to use this car wash. They did a pretty good job the car is clean, there was some bits missed and the windows are slightly smeared but I accept it was quite busy at the time and also a hot day. I do appreciate receiving a free air freshener.
What lets it down for me was the person jet washing my car managed to blow my rear badge off using the jet wash too close to my car. He was apologetic and I was not angry but I now have to go out and buy a new badge for £40 from the dealer. On the topic of prices, my car is a Ford Mondeo estate, which looking at the price board there was a photo of an estate car labelled as “Medium Car” carrying the price £10 but at the end of the wash the lady charged me £12 for a large vehicle. After already damaging my car, being overcharged was quite a kick in the teeth. I’m not somebody to kick up a fuss and it was a hot day so I sympathised, paid in full and left. The last thing I’m sure they would’ve wanted was a moaning customer.
Good place for a quick clean but if you really care about your car I would say stick to doing it yourself or use a professional detailer.

Usually clean my car myself but due to being so busy decided to take it to be cleaned, asked them to do inside and out. The outside looked OK but the inside wasn’t clean at all, there was still mess all over the passenger seat, and back seats,,
drip/ smudge and finger marks all over the handles. Would never use again, I’ll stick to doing it myself.

Car on thr surface looks good but corners of car still dusty/dirty and was charged £25 instead of £20 as they said my car was dirty! This isn’t written on their board that they charge more for dirtier cars ..
Car is lovely and clean, inide and out. Took about 20 minutes from start to finish, which was great, even though busy.
Just got the outside done. It was over in less than 5 minutes and I had to go round and point out bits for them to go over again. Thought I’d try somewhere different but going to still to my usual.
