The guy who jets the cars off today was poor, goes around it once with still soap on vehicle, past jet washer would go twice how it should be done like if it was your own. Also the young kid who drys off the car needs to slow down and treat my car with care and others no doubt. Drops the water removal rubber on my bonnet, and rushing around car drying and leaving dirty area and non wanted marks. It’s left me to either speak personal to the owner and have my car done by who I am happy with or I’m left to go elsewhere.Hope this review is read and they make instant changes with staffs quality and control. As I’ve always left decent tips in the past but none recent due to these fair concerns.
6 months agoReasonably priced. Downgraded from 5 to 3. Recently started to slack on minor details like cleaning side mirrors even after bringing it to attention. I appreciate they are v busy but that’s no excuse for shoddy work7 months agoHad a £15.00 car wash , but I am reluctant to go back as my inside front windscreen inside was not cleaned and also back inside. soap was still coming from wing mirrors leaving dry soap marks along doors so I had to use a cloth to clean away. It doesn’t matter if you are busy or not, you pay for a job to be done you expect it to be done. Sorry boys I won’t be back …

Hiked the price up after they finished. I asked for a 3 (£15) but they charged me £20. I pointed out some dirt still in the centre console which they cleaned again. Only had 2 items in the boot – cold box and a car boot organiser – and they didn’t even move them to clean the boot so there is still sand there. The service is overpriced and not good enough.
Absolutely disgusted! Hiked the price up after washing car. When payment was disputed the man jumped in our car and started attacking my partner with a hose, hitting his body. Attacked the car with jet spray, tried to force open a door. Purposefully covered the car in foam and water inside. STEAR CLEAR FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. Police have been notified. Animals would behave better.
Overall not that great. Staff behavior was pathetic. When I asked about price , he stated don’t waste my time.

Wanted £80 for a valet when I said I would take it somewhere cheaper, the owner became rude. Cleaned the car myself and took it for a £5 car wash again he was rude and said it would be £7 because the car was dirty. Isn’t that why we take the car to be cleaned ? Attitude stinks will not use this service again.
They did do a good job cleaning my van, but unfortunately I came back to my van when it was finished, and the indicator stalk and shroud around the steering wheel was broken. I don’t understand how this would happen when CLEANING a vehicle. They must be very heavy handed, rushing to finish to get the next car in. Im unable to indicate on my van now until I get it fixed.
