A lot of vulnerable people frequent this store with their caters to buy lunch and need to use these facilities. 2 weeks agoFairly large tesco with cafe. Last time I was here I went to the self service tills with a few things including a bottle of gin. The age check was done from a distance, fine I’m in my 30ish, I’m clearly old enough to buy alcohol. However the 2 people working on the till area couldn’t be bothered to walk to my till to remove the security tag from the gin, too busy standing chatting. I only went here because I was at B&Q, I’ll not bother going backa month agoBe warned! Parking here, the retail park will use completely unreasonable parking charges against you. In a rush on a Saturday when the carpark was at 5-10 percent capacity I parked slightly over the line and was in the shops a total of 10 minutes. I was issued with a £100 fine for this. I was a regular customer at this location, but from now on I will not be returning, as well as highly recommending that friends and family do the same.3 months agoLooked forward this morning to carrying out my weekly shopping as usual. Arrived around 07:00 and carried out my normal aisle route picking up my essentials and food for the week. At around 07.35 made my way to the checkout to pay but no staff were on the tills. Went over to the self service where a young member of staff was busy on his phone. Politely asked if there was anyone on the tills as I had a full trolley. He informed me that there would be no staff on the tills till 08.00 !! . Even brandishing my beloved Clubcard made no difference. As I did not have refrigerated bags with me I had no choice but to leave my full trolley to seek help at another superstore. Very poor show Tesco2 months agoThis supermarket is okay but some of the staff can come across as hostile to customers from time to time it has a cafe which can take a while to get you’re food and drink also there is a A.T.M outside and ample car parking spaces due to it being at a industrial estate.in the last weekHaving been a regular Tesco customer for decades I have just been fined £170 for parking with my car wheels just over the white line at Hermiston Gait which is my weekly shop store.

Biggest Tesco in Edinburgh. Well stocked and have a great produce. Numerous varieties of vegetables that you dont otherwise see in other supermarkets. Attentive and helpfull staff. From F&F clothing department to Home appliance, they have everything. Ample parking space. Discounts for club members on most of the items. Recommended

Another Tesco detention centre, this is no way to stop theft but reduce number of customers. Treated like a shoplifter trying to leave the shop without buying anything – by some of the biggest thieves (which profiteered from crisis and forced people to steal)
I think the store has everything that you’d want from a supermarket. You get all the veggies you want plus stuff from around the world
There is an optician, mobile phone shop, dentist , coffee shop , clothing section , travel money exchange all in this store.
Good parking space and the staff are really friendly. Try and visit in the morning, as sometimes in the evenings you might find that the shelves have very few items or are not stocked .
Early morning is the best because all the shelves are stocked and you get to choose what you want
