Don’t know who but I don’t appreciate them member of your staff who has been telling my neighbour Shayne what medications I take and suggesting that you think I’m a theif. I certainly won’t be purchasing a single item from your store until them member off staff who is slandering me to my neighbour Shayne is put through disciplinary procedures

This store used to be good. In recent months it has gone into complete malfunction and clearly is in need of new management. Earlier in the summer there was a major change in the placement of products on the shelves. However the product overhead signage has not changed and therefore finding appropriate products has become much more time consuming. More seriously there has been totally inadequate staffing levels on the tills. Last evening at peak going home time only two tills were staffed. Queues went a long way down adjacent aisles. The self check out queue was at least 40 yards long. We are lucky to have other supermarket options in the area. Until the management changes in this store I will be doing my shopping elsewhere.

I went today to collect my order (around 2:20pm) delivered by Evri and the young lady at the counter, where the collect section is, was very rude to me. I was waiting for this gentleman to pick all his things from the basket and bag them and she just stared at me without saying anything.

Then suddenly she told me “are you going to move closer to the till? You are making a queue.” I don’t think that’s the right way to talk to anybody. I was just trying to be polite and she didn’t even pay any attention to what I was saying. She just used the little speaker on her hear to say: “an order for Blanco Garcia, don’t know which one is the surname”. And I tried to explain that I have 2 and she just decided to ignore me and say: “NEXT”. But the thing just got worse when the parcel came by her nice coworker and she said: “she just told me two names. I was confused”. So I tried to explain it again and she just interrupted me, Throwing the little tablet from Evri and chewing gum and don’t even said “sign” or anything. Then she looked away and I supposed that was the end of my transaction as she didn’t even say goodbye.

Honestly I’m still in shock and I can’t even understand why she had to be so rude. I never write bad reviews but I think this was an especial occasion and also intolerable.

This is my favourite point for collection Tesco and I’m thinking to change it because of this situation. It was awful the way she treated me.

Nice little shop. Some good collection of stuff at reasonable prices. The layout of the place is pretty and easy to navigate and find whatever you want. The staff there are very helpful and friendly. There are also some Halal sausages and meat as well. If you have a Tesco card then you can use it to enjoy extra savings.

  1. There’s a lot to like about this TESCO, it’s large and for the most part well stocked. The staff are mostly helpful and seem to be working quite hard. There are a few items, such as potato bread/cakes that they don’t stock so four stars not five – if I could give four and a half I would.

  2. This is a very nice mall to come and shop. I always enjoy shopping in here as it is always fun to find new clothes for myself. Thank you for your wonderful service as well.

  3. Big place to shopping, the prices are higher and higher. Inclusive with clubcard.

  4. Good large store however the choice of goods available has decreased. The men’s clothing department is very poor these days. It’s trying to tick too many boxes. The security should be reminded that it’s a store not a nightclub. They seem to have a problem with wealthy male shoppers who are just trying to spend money. Particularly anyone who looks Jewish.

  5. the guy behind the counter in the cafe could be more attentive to the customers. I ordered black coffee, instead he poured me some slops with milk. after I asked to change to black coffee, they poured me the same slop without milk. Apparently Tesco’s policy is to sell coffee-colored water for 2.75
