I went to isle 10 and came back to him once again and told him that I needed someone to get it for me it was locked up. He said press the red button. I pressed the button about 5 times over a ten minute time span. Once again I went to the employee and asked him for help again. He said go back over there he would send them. I went back two ladies came one of them was young. She had me show her what I wanted because she didn’t know where Tito’s was located. I showed her she said she had to bring it to the register. I said ok and walked towards the register she stopped to hug and talk to a coworker. I came back and asked had I been forgotten about by this time she said someone else was asking her a question. I informed her that I had already been waiting 10 minutes. So the older lady took the bottle and came and checked me out. The slender young lady with the natural hair was not someone I would have working with the customers. She doesn’t know how to deal with us. Los of employees just walking around if you all for help they just point to a long line waiting to pay , so you just have to wait in line to get to the cashier to ask a question or get assistance for an item making everybody (customers) ware time, the employee they get pay by the hour so they don’t care how long it takes
I was shopping at this Walmart location this morning and I was amazed at how clean and organized the entire store was. There was a lot of employees if you needed one for help. As we exited the store the employee Cruz checked our receipts and has a great attitude with a smile.
I loved this particular walmart because the shelves were stocked. however the drones didn’t have many in stock. It was late when I went so that might be a factor. Store very well kept and plenty of merchandise available for purchase.
