So I rated this store 1 stars for bad customer service ! The store is so big that it isn’t always a quick trip. Many prices are way less than the competition. They have very few, if any, full service checkout lanes, so you as a shopper are now part of the workforce. They give cash from debt cards with no additional fee, a feature I like. Beware, some checkouts are card only. Sam’s club prices and store prices may be different even though they are the same parent company. This particular store is in a relatively nice neighborhood, and the store is cleaner than many. Update. Was in today for a couple of items. One of my favorite stores. Good inventory. They rearranged everything, so things are a bit hard to find. Never could locate aisle B. I think they changed it to J. Order a Shark vacuum in line for pick up. The app prompt me to go to curb pickup and indicate the spot I was in. 8 Spots where all full and barely any movement from employees. I was told this was for groceries. Went inside to the pick up area and it has a touch screen that said the pick up was closed. Went to custumer service and after a long line they told me to go to pick up area. No one has come in 20 minutes. No manager picture, no one in charge to solve the problem, no working phone # to get help. Is like walmart purgatory. DO NOY USE THIS STORE FOR PICK UP ORDERS ON LINE!!! Just come with a lot of patience and buy it on site. Get ready for long lines and no service.
Had to wait OVER AN HOUR for someone to open the glass doors. When I went go ask NICELY if someone was coming to open it in customer service (because I figured they might have forgotten), the 2 women there gave me attitude as if I was a yelling at them.
I love shopping here for Christmas still more economic here, I order online most of the time but also like to come here once in a while. Everything is going too high on prices so I try to find the lowest prices I see good deals here but also at different brand stores. I got these here these week. And of course kids uniform and some other clothes for home.
I do not like paying on a register with an employee, they’re very rude and don’t even look at you or speak at all not even to tell you your total. Lot’s of discrimination too.
I been here a couple of times, they changed everything and they have more new stuff compared to other walmarts, it was clean and organized i found everything I needed and more
The store is extremely hot I feel bad for the employees Most of the time the ladies are so rude when it’s time to get stuff out of locked up locations. I’m sorry but not everyone is a thief
