a month agoSo I been coming to this place for past 4 years. However today I took my new car for a wash and they sprayed the jetwash so close to wheel they pilled the coat out of my rim. I came 5 mins later when I realised and they dienied all and said that its not their fault and do not take the resposibility for the damages made. Pathetic behaviour, I will be getting this repaired and given them the bill. Bad service. Expect me with the bill for re-spraying.4 months agoI don’t do reviews on businesses until I have been a few times, I’ve been here four times now and every time great service and great looking car at the end of it. All the guys know what they are doing, and always seem happy, free air freshener at the end too. Car looks good for a good while after as they put wax into whatever they are washing your vehicle with. Will be going back for sure. Always do a good job. 5*10 months agoDon’t waste your money. The service was poor and they wanted to charge me £10 despite not having dried the car off. Apparently they don’t dry it off when it rains ! I normally go to Shiny on London Rd who will do everything despite the rain. Shiny are only £6 or £7 as well so I will be going back to them in future.

We used to always come here for valet service. Don’t really mind forking out £30 for the Platinum Service because we know how polished everything is when done. However, today, we noticed that the management and the people changed. It wasn’t that great as before anymore. The level of standard after the so called Platinum Service wasn’t actually platinum at all. The rubber linings on the window wasn’t pushed back properly. Still have to push back ourselves. Even the obvious water droplets on the window and on top of the roof wasn’t wiped dry and yet they told us that everything was done & completed. The wiper at the rear wasn’t even put back in place. Definitely not recommended anymore & will not come back anymore. What used to be a fantastic car wash we used to love is no longer the same now.
Disappointed, paid £9 for a pristine wash. Loads of dirt missed, unfortunately the attention to detail is non existent, cars cleaned by people who really don’t take any pride in what they do or care about the result. Won’t be returning any time soon
Excellent service. I’ve used this car wash regularly for years and had my own car valeted there as well. Had my sons valeted last week. Mark and Jim did an excellent job and even collected the car for me! Very friendly and a top job. Highly recommend. Thanks so much.
Brilliant service! Dropped off for a diamond valet in the morning! Was ready before time! Car was gleaming inside and out! Staff very helpful and friendly offering good advice as to the best options for the clean! My sons car now looks bran-new! Very pleased and would highly recommend Pristine will definitely be back.
Fast and friendly enough staff (the younger males at least). There’s a reason it’s fast though. Opted for a quick basic quoted me £20 but upon completion the young lad told me his boss says it’s £25 actually for your car as it’s bigger. Wasn’t in the mood to quibble but that’s not how you do business, give the price up front clearly to all parties. Boot hadn’t even been touched so I’m not certain what the “extra” charge was for in the end. Also to note mats not cleaned and whatever wiped the inside windscreen left it with huge smears. Few spray marks on plastics, dials and buttons spotted also. Dead flies still on headlamps and registration plate not washed completely. It was all just amateur even for a basic valet. Nothing a wipe down at home didn’t fix but again leads to me question the price tag attached when the work was careless and slap dash.
Waiting room wasn’t pleasant either, more like a pit stop for truck drivers with tatty, broken, stained furniture and a sorry looking vending machine in the corner.
Wouldn’t recommend, there’s car wash/valet centres 10 to the dozen all over Preston and south Ribble offering better value and taking more pride in their work. Wouldn’t return.
