2 months agoThis carwash can get busy at times. The staff are sound and get the job done. Carwash it’s self got refurbished around 12month ago. So it’s had all new components which gives you a great result. They have 3 Hoover’s onsite also, £1 for 2-3mins.6 months agoShocking customer service, do not take your car for a wash here!!! Used my AA discount and was greeted back with a disgusting attitude! other local car wash places are much more friendly and grateful for the custom! Took my car to this car wash today it came out dirtier than when it went and the man was very rude and very unhelpful the guy that is usually there I will just say wasn’t rude at all he wouldn’t let me ho through the carwash nor return my 5.00 payment
The tyre on our car popped just next to this carwash and the employees were very helpful and kind. Although we didn’t actually have our car washed I can comment that the staff here are quality and good people. Thanks!
Handy carwash, that pound for pound are better than the ones you get at the side of a garage or at you supermarket.
Still not as good as the hand carwash, but usually less queuing for some reason.
Overall not bad and the rotating dusters at the end are well cool that give a good finish.
A bit scary the first time, making sure the car is in neutral but the automatic handbrake didn’t come on, and the wipers weren’t on auto, but it worked well in the end.
Absolutely terrible. Paid for the top wash, car came out dirty. Dirty water streak marks all over the car and windows. I paid for a lather dry and windows inside and out. After waiting for 22 mins and chasing them up twice. Someone came out to lather dry. The car was already dry at this point. Also they said the didn’t have time to do the windows. I asked if they could put me back through the car wash as they could see my car had streaks of dirty water all over it and was told to email headquarters as they could not rewash the car or give a refund. Terrible customer service from the guy who ran it.
