5 months agoI was recommended to Honest Bros by a friend upon my first visit great. Service and job well done ver satisfied at a very reasonable price second visit NOT so goo Cust service a bit of. Huffing and puffing over the fact I asked for a mini valet and there was dog hair same thing the third time But the Last visit just a wash no extras and all of a sudden the price had doubled even though all the signs still had what I paid just a short time ago I WILL GO BACK MAYBE I JUST CAUGHT THEM ON A BAD DAY OR TWO SUCH A PITY THOUGH REALY HOPE IT IMPROVES I HAVE GIVEN 3 stars as a Benifit of the Dought factor

Dropped in here about 4 weeks ago, I simply asked the attendant for some water so I could rinse some crud off my windscreen, I even had my own sponge just needed some of the copious amounts of water he had infront of him.
All he could say was “no sorry” and shake his head regularly, regardless of how simple and minor I was making my question, with what seemed to me was an arrogant smirk.
It may have been his direct orders or his lack of the English language, either way he shouldn’t be working there if his grasp of the language is so bad he can’t carry out rudimentary conversations.
Wouldn’t spend any money here…
Paid £13 for Ultra HD wash, machine stopped twice whilst inside, the drier was tied up and didn’t really dry the car, the pads.atnthe exit were not rotating and came out to find I had 4 dirty wheels, usually there is a wheel pre wash, not this time, guy seemed like he was inconvenienced by my presence, he came to the exit to restart machine and made no effort to check if everything was ok, last wash here was amazing, this time was a disaster, would recommend going to Blackpark Filling station instead
