a week agoBoth me and my wife spent £13 each on the ‘ultra HD’ treatment and had to clean both cars when we got home. virtually no hand prep, no foam, really poor quality wash. This used to be good but the current quality is poor – Won’t be back8 months agoWORST car wash I ever had. NEVER going back and strongly suggest people to avoid them. Check my pics after coming out of car wash and when I went back to show that you haven’t cleaned it properly… One guy accepted, its not done correctly and started doing it again, However anotherguy came and stopped him. A very busy car wash indeed. They did a thorough job cleaning the car inside and out. Price was slightly on the expensive side (£30)- for inside and out. I’ve never seen my car this clean inside. Let’s hope I can keep it this tidy 🙂 it would be useful for them to have a board which tells you the different options available. I have no idea what that card machine does at the entrance, it appears it doesn’t work. More staff at the car wash would he useful to decrease the waiting times. I also hope the car wash cleaners are paid a decent day rate, as it is hard labour.
£24 to clean my tiny 2 door mini inside and out (March 2023). My car is really tiny – £24 seems fair for a full sedan. But the service was so quick, they were done in 10mins with the inside and really well cleaned. Great fragrance and they put a nice paper sheet over the driver side mat so you don’t mess when climbing in. A nice touch.
Came a few weeks ago, it use to be really good at reasonable prices. But this time they upgraded me as told me the valet would be so much better and then left dirt in boot, along sides etc. Very rushed and couldn’t be bothered this time. Not worth £30.
Had my car washed and valeted today. The car was fine when I handed it over for the interior to be cleaned. When I returned to the car a massive crack had appeared in the windscreen. When I aksed about, they dismissed me and told me that it must have been there and hidden by dirt!
They made a good job of cleaning inside and out, but the staff were very rude and the music far too loud. They also didn’t wipe their products off the inside of the car properly and I had to ask for a dry rag before I could adjust my seat settings. I doubt I’ll be back.
