Car wash is fairly cheap and they do a good job. They pre-wash your car by hand which I believe makes a big difference. Been back multiple times and my car comes out fairly clean. I go there several times a week to wash our trucks and tankers. They usually do a great job. They miss a spot a few times but not often. Really good guys. I managed to pull in the lineup and called the store because it was a long lineup and trucks were going in pretty slow for wash. I was told that they have a wait time of up to two hours and presently, they only have one operational wash bay. Local drivers might be aware, but I didn’t know that some construction/upgrading work was going on at the second wash bay. Otherwise, I could have a different plan. A photo was taken when I was close to entering the working wash bay. David S. Tried to bribe me with a 5 star review for a black ice air freshener. The scent I hate the most. At the end when the blower comes on to dry your car off it’s almost as if those blowers totally missed my suv. My SUV was completely drenched still. Then it also seems as if the tire shine station didnt work. My tires weren’t shiny. They were just wet. Worst location I’ve been to service wise. Customer service was the 2nd best though. Edit: After viewing my car in the sun the clear coat finish on the hood has spider webbed. It looks terrible. It is scratched all to hell!!! I will not be visiting this place again. I will be in contact with my insurance and this place to see what can be done to fix it. Starting to think maybe quick car washes are not the solution.
We bought the membership for two vehicles and definitely get our money’s worth in a months time. Got a free air freshener for a 5 star review. Janson
Shut down Quick Quack Carwash or Be aware of the Quick Quack Carwash operations scheme! They train employees to offer multiple car wash packages, but refuse to post signs or have employees inform customers of tape being placed on back windshield wiper. My first time using the car wash and I was not made aware that blue painters tape was placed on my back windshield wiper. As I drove off heading to a funeral my back wiper was destroyed. Management informed me that I have an old vehicle and they are not responsible for any damages. Of course I can repair damages, but it’s the whole point! Signs should be visible and workers should inform customers of such alterations.
The strongest suctioning vacuums I’ve ever used! I loved the damp cleaning rags and blowers at each station. I only got a basic wash which was only $10 so I thought that was reasonable.
It’s a good wash. But a little pricey compared to other businesses that do the same thing. For example, whitewater car wash is about $10 cheaper per package on average. And they have guys at the front that actually scrub your bumper and your tail to make sure it’s clean. Where at this location it’s just one guy with a water hose sprinkling your windshield to make sure your automatic windshield wipers don’t turn on.
