For years I was doing the cheapest option with these guys. It was around $20. Then I decided to do the works $100 car wash. It took them four hours to do it and it didn’t look any different to the $20 one. Use at your own risk, if they damage your car they will take no responsibility. I dropped off my car for a wash and when I returned 30 minutes later to pick it up there was an unmissable deep scratch in my driver’s side back door. A manager, Vic, showed me the videos of my car entering the wash with zero damage but refused to take responsibility for the gash. He tried blaming my wife (who doesn’t drive my car) and accused me of insurance fraud after I pointed to the video showing my car entering with zero damage, saying “I see what you’re trying to do”. He then claimed *mid way* through the wash that you could see a scratch (actually a reflection) and that therefore was proof they didn’t do it. Problem is, the reflection was in the wrong place, moves and disappears from the door and scratches obviously don’t. When I asked to see a full uninterrupted video of my car entering and exiting the car wash he started fumbling around and said “Greg” their accountant would call me next week. Accidents happen but I’m super disappointed by the lack of accountability and am offended he would accuse me of trying to take advantage of his car wash, which I’ve used many times before. I wish I had chosen a different car wash and will definitely never go back here. Search other reviews for scratch and damage and you’ll see the lack of accountability isn’t a fluke.
I’ve decided to give this carwash a try again since is pretty close to my place and I was happily surprised they did an outstanding job this time. Alex, the person who cleaned and dried my car was very friendly and finished up my car nicely. I will definitely will go back again.
Even if you choose the most expensive option they offer – they not doing it perfect. They missing spots, specially car logo, or letter area, and bottom parts of your vehicle never gets enough attention. Same as interior: dirty spots and dust still there after their 45 minutes “professional” hand wash. Ones I found some stains on the seat from their chemicals.
My old car had not been washed in 6 months and it had tree sap on it they washed it all off. I was surprised at what a good job they did on my 2007 Mazda3. Thank you guys!
