The employee that was at the main gate was amazing for some reason it wouldn’t print my receipt and just before I got in the car wash the employee come running over and gave me my receipt so if the boss is reading this look at my truck the kid that was working when I came through was friendly professional courteous couldn’t ask for more what a great addition to an already great business love the car wash wish I had the $29 every month
My truck looks absolutely amazing every time I go there when I get to work.

It is the responsibility of the employees to ensure that the car wash is kept clean and tidy, and it is not appropriate to ask customers to do this. It was a skinny girl with black hair that told me this today. I feel disrespected being a customer and don’t feel like I’m being treated like a quality customer spending my hard earns money monthly. You can choose from several different car wash packages for the month or buy a single use. With every car wash you have access to the free vacuum, which work great at getting your your carpet clean, I have been to carwashes we’re the vacuums barely work, so that was nice. The actual car wash did a pretty decent job at getting my car clean, there were a few spots that it didn’t get very well.
I will say the brushes seem a little harsh hitting my vehicle, not sure how that will effect my paint job over time. First time stopping there. The car wash did a great job washing and then drying my car, better then places ive been to recently. Then the vacuums had strong suction and they had stands to put your floor mats on to vaccum which was really helpful. Vacuums are free and on both sides of your car for convenience. I would reccomend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Damaged and heavily scratched my truck at the 1st visit to this place. I was the 3rd one that day that it happened too. They refuse to fix it at a location of my choosing. They left a VM saying to bring it to the shady shack repair service and won’t return my ph calls. This happened last week of March. Don’t waste your time or money going to this spot or any other of their locations.
They bought out another car wash company and doubled their prices. I took my car in the automatic wash and it took off my trunk lid. The manager said they can’t (won’t) do anything to fix it for me because my car is older than 5 years. All they did was give me about $150 worth of free car wash coupons. The trunk lid will cost $100-$170 for the part alone used.
Excellent service. I have the monthly plan, every time I go I receive excellent service and above all with great cordiality from the employee Eduardo Lopez. I had a small problem with the system to read the tag of my car and the Manager Daniel Arnold and Eduardo Lopez solved the situation for me. I had gone to the Deland Luv and the service in Deland was lousy and they never helped me. Thanks to all the employees of Luv car wash Orange city do excellent service. Thanks to your services I have 3 cars with the monthly plan.
The general manager, Daniel was awesome. I paid full price for the deluxe car wash and could not enter because of my bike rack he refunded all my money. He then sprayed my car off, tires and all and then let me use the vacuum and rags for free.

I bought the unlimited pass. My vehicle has a roof rack so they always deactivate the upper roller for my vehicle. Therefore my hood, windshield, roof, rear of my vehicle never gets washed or cleaned. There is no prep area so every wash is the same result, majority of my vehicle is dirty. I don’t think this location is worth your money. If the staff scrubbed the windows, hood, and back real quick , if they were going to turn off the upper roller, it would be fine. One point for the good vacuums and towels.
