Had an issue with the rear window glass while i was on a road trip. Completely got smashed out. After stopping by a few other auto glass, repair and service garages. THESE GUYS HERE WERE THE ONLY ONES WILLING AND ABLE TO HELP. they quickly supplied some heavy plastic and tape to seal up the window so i could carry on with my road trip and have it replaced later.

I’ve been coming to this business for 16 years due to their exemplary service and great attitude. I don’t know what has changed, but my last 2 visits, the service has been terrible. Especially this last visit on Thursday, 6/22/2023. they were obviously slow with one vehicle in getting serviced. There was one guy, “Danny”, who made sure to glare at me upon my arrival, move as slowly as possible, and when he finally got to my vehicle, said, “what do you want”? Like I was somehow bothering him. Not only that, but he mumbled and I continually had to ask him to repeat himself, and my hearing is fine. The staff just acted like I was an intrusion. I no longer trust what they are doing underneath my hood with that type of attitude toward a long-standing customer, or frankly any customer for that matter. I hate that I can no longer trust their service, or lack thereof, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I suspect others will as well. I just went there today March 6th to get my car washed around 9:50 to 10:10am and then I vacuumed my car went home and realized that my car was damaged only an area where only a car wash can reach I went there filled out an incident report and something tells me they’re going to try to get away with this all they said is we’ll look at videos and my manager will get back to you in 48 hours I hope they do the right thing and fix my car. My car was dented and the paint was scratched off on the right side and on the left side my car was scratched horribly….
I love this place free vacuums, and the place just gets my rig so incredibly clean it is amazing. The guy saved me on my next wash save me money. The girl that guided me in was fantastic.
This car scratched up the front of my car and did not do a good job cleaning my car either.

Matthew Martinez, you really do know how to take care of your customers. General manager Matthew was outright rude and disrespectful after his Clean freak location did this to my friend’s car. Perfectly good car, got the bumper ripped right off. He had the AUDACITY to tell my friend she needs to take more responsibility for her car’s damage and that the damage was already there. We went in and physically watched the machine on video rip the bumper off, yet he refuses to help or take any responsibility for a repair bill over $1,000. Never good when a loyal customer leaves your office crying. Good job Matthew!
I entered the car wash with NO pre-existing damage to my car (I have included a picture taken the week before I went to the car wash for proof) and left with severe damage, as seen below in the pictures. The General Manager, Matthew Martinez, called me to say that my car entered the car wash with “significant damage” and their car wash was not involved with causing what happened.
I went to a local body shop and the owner there took a look at my car and said “let me guess, Clean Freak?” Apparently, he gets at LEAST one car a week with damage from Clean Freak. He straight out told me “They should be paying for this, but they won’t. They refuse to take any kind of responsibility.”
I talked in person today with Matthew Martinez and left crying. I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel as if I had brought in a car that was completely totaled.
