I love this car wash. For $30 a month you basically get unlimited car washes for your car. Its always fast and the options to clean your car are really nice like free vacuums and pre bug wash.
BUT I would have given 5 stars if I did not have to keep rolling down my window and almost or sometimes get hit with water asking the attendant to turn the roof scrubber back on. I have a 2001 mercury grand marquis ultimate edition and it has a false vinyl top but its clearly a fake non convertible. I sometimes have to use the wash twice and ask the guy to turn the top back on because it gets turned on to late.

Never asked for receipt and it was too late for him to clean the bugs and tires and such. Please give people what they pay for. Wasted 15 bucks. And the vacuum wasn’t vacuuming right. Service at this place was fast affordable and convenient.

Brought it to the attendants attention who was extremely nice he said there would be no problem getting my money back and canceling the subscription just had to call. They did not care in the least that my car was still pretty dirty and even the attendant at the car wash agreed yet the customer service representative I spoke to was the least empathic and said getting a full refund would be a request and the likelihood of it happening was small. I was basically charged 20 for a horrible car wash which makes sense on why they couldn’t wait to cancel my monthly membership as they make out on the deal because no one in their right mind would pay $20 for a single car wash. Now I guess it’s changed owners and they’ve taken away the economy wash option. If I wanted to pay premium prices there are 7 other identical car washes I could go to, several much closer to me.I have them an extra star for having spray bottles and rags now, which is all they were missing before. For the same $10 I’ll go to one of the closer better options.

You pull in and there is one one each side of the vehicle making it super easy to use. The vacuum is very powerful so it only takes a few seconds. The car wash I choose costs $18 and for what it does, is a good value. I have noticed that it seems to stay clean longer after this wash.By salvatore ialuna (a year ago)I had a bad experience with Speedy Clean Car Wash. They seem shady. Be careful giving your credit card information to this business!I pulled in a couple weeks ago for the first time. There was a sign on a gate advertising unlimited washes for $30 a month. I went with the deal and swiped my credit card.
Now, it is my fault for not reading the fine print. There is tiny print at the bottom of the sign. Apparently, that fine print says that I was signing up for a monthly service, and that my credit card would be billed $50 a month from then on.
I went to the carwash to cancel my membership today. This is where the real frustration begins. If you go to the carwash, no one can help you. The employees claim, no one on site can take care of a membership cancelation. I was told to either call the corporate office, or to download and cancel through a phone app.
I chose to call the corporate office. Their phone number does not connect to a real person. So, this call was a waste of my time. The phone number only offers a recording. The recording says that you need to go to the company website in order to cancel a monthly car wash subscription.
At this point, this business lost my trust. If I need to speak with someone at your business about a transaction, I don’t deserve to jump through this many hoops to do it.
After going to the business, then calling the office, I finally had to go to their website to cancel my membership. Unfortunately, that didn’t work either. There is a form to fill out on the website in order to cancel your membership. This form asks for the number from a barcode that the car wash gives with your membership. I have entered this number into their website 50 times. The website tells me the barcode number they gave me is invalid. So, I am stuck with membership from a company that I really can’t find a way to contact.
Please be really careful doing business here. My experience has been awful.

I’ve been a ModWash customer for over a year now, five stars all day. I have the full package membership and I make it worth every dollar. Get a membership and every time you drive through town for errands, to work, to school, stop and get a wash. Your car says a lot about you and keeping a clean car is a big part of that. The washes always come out great, the floor mat cleaner is the best I’ve seen at car washes, the vacuum, the glass cleaner and disinfectant bottles, the multitude of microfiber clothes all add up to great service and I recommend ModWash to family and friends because I genuinely support them as a business. But all of that aside the staff is what makes it, there is always a smile, I’ve never had an issue with the staff there, any problems with my wash and they are understanding and let me through again, the manager especially.
Thank you Jacob for your kindness and letting me go thru again to get blown dry. The person behind me caused the equipment to stop. I like ModWash. My wife and I stop in to get a car wash often. I like the music also. Thank you!
Best car wash I’ve been to so far and I’m a fanatic about car washes. Has a bug wash station for customers who want to give their front end and extra cleaning after being on the road. Attendants are very professional in appearance and work ethic.
Customer service is always above and beyond!!!! I have an suv that is my daily driver with 5 kids, we live in the country it’s always filthy inside and out! These guys here sweat in this summer heat but always have a smile on their face, and very helpful! Today Bryan got the pressure washer out and sprayed my truck down before i entered the car wash to make sure my truck got the best wash!
