Full detail on 2011 suburban never been done. Car looks show room now. Leather has life to it. Car is super clean. 3rd picture arm rest was brown as you can see it’s tan again. They did an excellent job taking out the old stains I had on my seating and flooring! It looks almost brand new. The Norwalk location provided excellent service and facilitated in breaking down the services to me. I would highly recommend going here. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because I wish that the wiping of the windows and interior door handles were done a little bit better. Went in the car wash and the entire exhaust got ripped out of my car and they don’t want to take accountability for it even though this happened INSIDE their car wash! The manager just kept repeating the same sentence over and over and would cut us off every time we tried to make a point. He refused to show us any footage of the car before and during the wash and only showed us the last 5 seconds of the video when the exhaust comes off. When he got there he said “I’m going to be honest with you, I haven’t watched the footage yet” and kept making claims of how it wasn’t their fault even though he hadn’t watched the video. You can’t tell from the front so go through it for the fun! There are great service attendants to make it fun with different outfits that shoot soap cannons and kids can do too. The car wash works great and never any damage from it great finish. They also have a self service area to deep clean with free products for members that’s only 20 bucks a month for unlimited washes. Today I had a terrible experience. Dried soap residue did not wash off the car when going through the car wash. His coworker Lucas made no accommodation and was instead interested in making me verify my membership and wanted to argue about where the residue came from when I just passed through the car wash 2 mins prior. Cecilia was around making sure all the cleaning supplies were available and gave me a new Can of glass cleaner since the last one was almost empty. She rested the whole cart right away! I went for an express detail and when I got the car back the mirrors weren’t done, the wheels weren’t done, there were leaves and debris in where the wipers are and in door jams were dirty. I called to talk to the manager and told him that i just paid $145 for a detail and the car isn’t anywhere near what I expected for what I paid. He said come back he will go over it with the detailers. When I got there it was just a bunch of excuses. Save your money and go elsewhere if you want your car detailed!!!
UPDATE: I spoke with Jose their regional manager who contacted me after I made this post. He had one of this employees hand deliver a free five star certificate to me yesterday and assured me when I come in and have it done that he will oversee the entire process.
I was looking for a car wash, to come often and today I came for the first time and do you think my car is clean?, I told the guys that there was garbage in the car and they answered me with a bad attitude that they had more cars coming. The worst experience of my life
Ever since I moved to Stamford, the Slash was my “go to” destination for a quick car wash as well as the express detail service. I like the fact that the cars are hand washed. The staff is always very friendly. Just today I got an interior detail even though they were just about to close. I appreciate them going an extra mile for me!
