I have been to two different locations and both time my car came out with black grease on it. Auto wash does a good job. Have the membership, and that makes it really easy. Just pull up and go. How $3 goes to $10 to now $18! Buyer beware and DON’T use a credit or debit card to pay because it appears they can then charge whatever they want! So upset with the entire situation!
So update went back on 3/1/23 Thinking I could speak to someone wasn’t able and this time it was $15 to wash outside through all cycles & tire soak soap cycle was out and I still think $3 -$15 is a crazy price it took me 14 minutes to wash outside only! I was honestly kicking myself after! I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and noticed all the city police vehicles were washed here. They use the drive through wash though. I’m pretty sure at this point I’ll not kick myself again or try to give the benefit of the doubt! I DEFINITELY WAS OVER CHARGED AND THE BAYS WHERE YOU WASH YOUR OWN VEHICLE ARE HORRIBLY MONITORED AND KEPT UP ON TOP OF CRAZY OVERCHARGED PRICE!! DON’T EVER PAY WITH CARD AT LEAST THAT WAY YOU CAN CONTROL HOW MUCH OF YOUR MONEY YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM!! Would love to actually speak to someone who owns runs or cares about this business!! Good prices for an automated wash and open bays for larger vehicles to accommodate all vehicle types. Even on busy days the wait is minimal. I spent over $30 to have the inside of my car cleaned. I could have done better myself. They do a horrible job. They didn’t clean the rubber floor mats nor did they vacuumed well. I paid extra to have the cargo area cleaned and I’m really not sure what they even did. I will never go back.
Your typical automated car wash. Similar price to others. Provides a decent wash. The workers usually do a pretty good job with prewashing. Better value now that they have vacuums like similar places. My only complaint is that they don’t provide towels to dry like their competitor across the street. If they do, I have not seen them.
I have a top membership to another car wash but they do not do interior cleaning. So decided to head across town to this one. Even made sure to atm 40 bucks to tip well if they did a good job. After the wash they asked me to wait a couple minutes so i could pull my truck up for them as they were a bit short staffed. Couple min?, sure no problem. After 20 or so min of sitting there waiting i watched all the vehicles ahead get moved out except the one directly in front of mine. Instead of moving that one up and letting me drop off my car and head out, while they finished up the other vehicles and worked on mine, they kept me waiting. I finally pulled out and went to get refunded and left. Thing is if you’ve been there you know it could take a while. I planned accordingly and planned to take my dog for a walk while they did their thing. It will likely be my last time here. Im not rich but I pay and tip well for services. So I do have the expectation that I not have to be tied up with them for 1/2 hour, especially for something as simple basic organization.
One of the best car washes I’ve had in a long time in the area. Definitely worth the price. Also, the unlimited high powered professional vacuum is awesome. There’s even a small air hose to blow out the small crevices. Bonus summer deal.
I have a buddy who went through this car wash, while going through, they damaged his valve stem/tpms sensor. When he submitted a claim, they denied response ability for the damage. I would steer clear of this place if you value the current condition of your vehicle.
