The problem is that it overcharged my card. I used 3 cycles of the machine ($2 each) and it charged me $10… and there is no phone number to call to talk an owner/the business so I have no choice but to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. They give you plenty of time with the initial deposit and if you want to add additional time you can do so in increments. The brush had plenty of soap coming out however the pressure soap today for some reason did not. I would not recommend this car wash if you have larger tires 37″+ we have 37s and only the bottom half get washed and tire shine applied. Our Wrangler is also lifted so the top 6″ of the passenger and driver side doesn’t get washed. Also depending on who is there they might turn off the flaps saying that it would catch the bumper and move the vehicle around. I got the 30 day pass and Tae it through 2 or 3 times to get it looking good and then detail the rest at home or under their awning. And don’t expect the back of your Wrangler to get washes even with a rear tire delete.
I have lived in Florida for just under a year and I finally went to a car wash for the first time. I normally wash my own car. I truly regret it. I paid my $20 and came out the other side and left. First stop I checked on how clean the car was and to my shock, the left front rim was damaged with serious rash. To replace the rim would be at least $1,000. I found someone who repairs wheels. I will never go back to this car wash again.
I tried it for a month and will be going back to a different Car Wash, Camel. I appreciate the attendant asking after my first wash how I liked it. I let him know I was not satisfied. For the same price Camel will hand scrub any bugs on the front of the vehicle. This location, Palm Coast, leaves the vehicle soaking wet and does not remove any bugs. They spray the car before entering with water but that’s about it. The attendant said they are supposed to receive blower/dryer upgrades in the fall but they have already been delayed before. This location is convenient but not worth the money.
It was ok, the child employees are probably to stoned to listen to what your saying but hey what can you expect. Edited: sorry for the 3 stars if I’m being 100% honest they are amazing there. I was a bit ticked when trying to speak to the staff and they were not very tentative toward me but they are young so can’t expect allot from the youth now a days. Besides that great prices and great service. Sometimes I do have to go back through the machine if it doesn’t get everything off but they don’t charge you for a re entry so that’s good. Thank you guys. You all do what you advertise so I can’t complain as much as I would like to.
Well-priced ($11 Deluxe), fast, and effective car wash. Staff have always been kind and helpful. We take our truck and our cars here regularly now and have always left happy with the results. Beats hand washing and drying any day. I’ve stopped buying specialty car wash formulations and waxes and also save time and water usage at home. We haven’t used the vacuum there, so I can’t speak to that or other offered services.
