Not one to complain but it’s a bit disappointing to still have dirt on my car after paying for a car wash. Definitely should have checked it before leaving the lot. But everything else was cool

The wash itself was ok, it didn’t remove all the bugs from my recent travel, however I haven’t found an “automated” car wash yet that removes all the bugs. Also the wash was still putting out soap and cleaning almost to the end leaving barely enough time to actually rinse off, however it did at then the dryers did a lousy job since the drying part was too short and quick. Then there are no towels provided at the vacuum area to finish drying. They do have air pressure sprays that helped some. The vacuum system seemed weak hardly any suction, guy was working on it a few bays over so maybe repairing something.
Always a great place to get a car wash . No waste of time. Get the monthly pass and in and out you go. The vacuum always work great. I have never had a bad experience when I go there. If I could I would give 10 stars.
Vacuum have no suction. Wheel cleaner does half of wheel. I now have water spots all over my car. I spent 22 dollars for a platinum wash and it was horrible. Won’t be back
