I had a voucher for a $25 wash from corporate because the last two times I went the vacuums were off. This time, even being the best wash available it did not clean my vehicle and the vacuums were so weak they would not stay in the holders or clean up my toddlers crumbs. For some reason the wash shut off 3 times and sounded sn alarm as I was inside. These facilities used to be amazing and I’m just not sure at this point what is going on but it is disappointing. I was on the struggle bus today when my member scanner decided it didn’t want to be read today. The staff member was right there to notice I was struggling and quickly ran to grab the manager. Jeff made it a super quick and easy in an out process and got it back working for me. The monthly membership is well worth it especially with kiddos who destroy your car. Very happy to see this site improvement since I swing by here multiple times a week.
I’ve come to this car wash a lot when I don’t feel like hands washing my truck and I’ve always been taken care up with the upmost respect. Jeff was really helpful guiding me into the tunnels track and even folded in my truck mirrors for me when I asked. The vacuums here have some of the best power that I’ve experienced from a car wash here in Roanoke. Will be coming back in the future.
Zips does a relatively good job. The wash doesn’t get the upper part of my back window clean. Otherwise, no complains. The attendants vary from day to day. Most do an acceptable job getting the cars started. Some could improve their people skills (like smiling).
