Pretty good wash but not outstanding. When I pulled into the wash bay I found it difficult to know where to land. Not very intuitive in my opinion. My car was not very dirty to begin with just a lot of salt from the snow so wanted to wash it all off, the foam is nice they have good foam soaps and waxes but the pressure for under carriage wash does not do a good job I still had so much snow and ice in my wheel wells and under carriage I stopped outside the carwash to knock all the left over snow and ice down from under the car. So I decided to get a car wash and they do offer both soft touch and touch free. Everything is drivethrough with no attendants. There’s always at least one lane out of order here, and hit or miss whether you’ll actually get all 3 colors of soap.
Update: the last few times I’ve been here I’ve only gotten one color of soap, maybe there isn’t even 3 colors anymore?!
By laura g (3 months ago)Multipul experience with this car wash.. did not clean my truck, I had dirt patches all over, and missed back of tailgate…I always buy the ultimate wash and many times it has skipped pre wash and or the multi color waxing cycle. We used the doggy wash station and it was great! Comes with shampoo, conditioner, rinse and blow dry! Also has other features like flea and skunk treatment washes. I once washed my truck put a five in the machine of which you get a dollar a minute ran out of time had a $10 bill would need to change in the machine didn’t work so I sat there with a half wash car. Offers no way to clean up excess fur beside spraying down with the hose(have to pay). Not even a drain plug to catch all that fur. Just washed my dog there and the soap dail was off, tried to rinse my poor dog and all I got was MORE SOAP. After 30 minutes in there I had 7 left to dry a very soapy and very unhappy dog. The sprayer itself was bad. The pressure is WAY to high and only in one stream, takes ages to actually wash anything. Unfortunately the bill validators are very picky and would take forever to accept bills so it is just a waste of time (and $) if you’re mid wash and need to add on. They do accept card payments. Got the membership and loved this place until about my 10th time through. Found scratches all over the hood of my truck that is only a couple month old. Went in and told them about it and they were courteous and helpful about filing a report. I wasn’t mad, just bummed… That is until today, my claim was denied in a somewhat rude email from corporate and what they had to say made me more upset than the scratches themselves. Never again, don’t go here. It’s overpriced anyways.
Since opening, vacuums don’t work, no towels and when we spoke with employees about the lack of service they asked if we wanted to cancel our memberships, but not fix the issues. We have tried contacting corporate, but recorded message always says – call back and no reps available. We will be canceling two memberships and going elsewhere.
This place use to be great! My car was very clean and there was 2 people who sprayed your car. Now, if there are 2 people spraying they do a laxidiasical job! The “newer” Zips, near Walmart doesn’t have anyone spraying at all. If you go here go to the older Zips. FREE Vaccuums though. 🤷♀️
Cancelled my membership on 6/7/23, but was charged on 6/27/23 anyways. After a drawn out interaction with support they refused to refund. Poor customer experience. Will not be a returning.
Great car wash! Love the unlimited plan so I can go all the time to get the dirt and bugs off my car. Also like that I can clean my car mats and free vacuums.
