  I am not a frequent car wash user, I typically do it myself. That said, I have never used another car wash in the Treasure Valley since this one opened. I noticed their prices had gone up to $10 for the basic wash. I had in my mind it was $8 earlier in the year but I could be wrong. That would be a 25% increase. I commented on the price increase and the attendant said “now we charge the same as everyone else”. I didn’t say it but my immediate thought was if you are like everyone else, you are just average. If a business wants to charge the same as everyone else, they have to offer a benefit above others such as quality, customer service, etc..

  I went through the wash, parked and grabbed a towel. The towel service is awesome.

  I started to wipe down my car, starting at the front, and realized the front of the car was so dirty, it wasn’t worth wiping down. Same with the windshield and back of mirrors. I left.

  In my opinion, the price went up, the quality went down. I mentioned the car wash to my wife when I got home and to my surprise, she told me she had a similar experience with the car not being clean. At this point, we are going to try other car washes.

  So first of all the wash didn’t get everything off my car. Then I needed to vacuum my car and I’m sitting there watching people polish and detail every little piece of outside their car. This is a vacuum area I don’t know why the employees wouldn’t say something to these people. They can go home and do the shining and detailing at home. Or anywhere but where people are trying to use the vacuums. Like why not at the Fred Meyer parking lot? There is literally a line of cars just waiting to use the vacuums!

  Great wash! Friendly and helpful service, and they didn’t even ask for a tip at the entrance (see review of Mister Car Wash of Meridian!) The wash was top notch and even the backend was clean, which is rare among automatic car washes. The brushes are soft,.but effective and I will definitely come back! Oh….AND they provide towels for wipe down your exterior and interior…nice touch!

  This place has really gone downhill. The “spot free” rinse is filthy, and so is your car after a “wash”. They’ve raised the price by 45% in the last year or so. No longer worth it. I need to find a new place 😢. I do still like the 4 day guarantee and that they provide dash wipes.

  Make sure you check the water sprayers have all the pieces before you pay…
  *Edited below after response from owner received*
  In one of the car wash bays, the main sprayer did not have a nozzle on the squeeze gun, it was effectively a hose. I had already paid for about 5 minutes of water time so I started to not waste the water or money. After I was done, I grabbed an orange safety cone from another one of the bays, wrapped the affected sprayer around the cone, typed up the response above and left. No refund needed as I still used the water gun to wet the vehicle, used the soap broom to wipe some road dirt from my car, and then hosed off the car again. I did not inspect the sprayer before I started and do not know what cause the sprayer to lose its wand attachment. I did grab the cone from another bay which had no visible issues and set it up in the affected bay. so the cameras that are on site should be able to confirm my time there at the time of my original posting

  Ate several quarters without giving me a wash. There was no way to get them back. And when trying to use a card, I couldn’t read the instructions on the window, the screen was too old.
