Very disappointed in this place. Took my car through the car wash, later that evening I noticed that my car had multiple scratches all over it. I called the car wash, they asked me to bring my car in to look at it. The young gentleman working had agreed with me about the scratches but said he had to talk with his boss or owner. I received a call from either the manager who flat out denied that the car wash had scratched my car and told me about a service they offer for scratch removal. I had just gotten my car back, less than a week earlier, from a very reputable body shop in town who had removed hail damage and buffed my car so I know my car was not scratched, nor had I used any other car wash. Overall, I will not be using Dolphin Car Wash in the future and encourage people to inspect their car after you go through the wash.
My new dirty car made new again. I haven’t compared other car wash prices, besides what I see at gas stations, but for what I got, it was a great deal. Two weeks later, even with all the road crud flyin around, it still looks great. Three young gentlemen runnin the place that day answered my questions in a professional manner, & even let me empty my full bladder in their employee bathroom. That might have been the best part.😉
Best car wash around. Best monthly deal. I go in there twice a week. Nice setup with free vaccuum lanes and a free air freshener.
Detailing sucks ! They scratched my dashboard and left streaks and spots of residue on the windows. I watched and complained when they were done. But they said all they did was spray it, wipe with a polyester rag and vacuum.
I’ve been getting both of my vehicles washed here for a few years now and they come out clean for the most part. But most recently I’ve been noticing on my passenger side quarter panel a discoloring. Idk if it’s one of the chemicals they use or if their system isn’t rinsing thoroughly enough. It seems to get worse with every wash.
