The only way to enter this carwash is to turn into the driveway on the building’s west side. The other driveway that is much closer to the building on the east side does not go through to the carwash. That being said, it looks old and kinda raggedy but it’s a carwash and people shouldn’t expect much from it other than soap being filled and machines working properly and efficiently which they score an A+ in both categories. I’ve never had an issue with equipment and I’ve never had trouble getting quarters from the machine and lastly, soap has never run out on me. Remember to take off any decals before entering the car wash… however it cleaned my car very well. There were some spots that were missed but that will happen with any automatic car wash. New Year’s Eve. I got the Platinum wash. Not busy. The outside was good but the inside could have been better – not vacuumed at all beside the doors and the back trunk area poor job also could have at least wiped down around the cup holders and the door sills. Went back and showed him the missed spots he said we don’t do that. $40 with tip expect more.
Good experience with this car wash place. The process is seamless. You drive up and let them know the type of service then pay inside while leaving the key for them to drive up into the car wash tracked bay. At the end of the track, additional quick hand dry with towels by 2 staffs. Car came out clean and shine. Price for wash is comparable with other high end washes like Paradise, Mister, ect.
I got a platinum exterior and interior wash, the outside was alright but for the interior all they did was vacuum and the windows, my center console still has dust and debris that was there before I took it in so I know they didn’t even touch it. I’m not that disappointed in the service and the people that do it. They were nice when I had to talk to them Because the cashier was rude to me off the get go and told me that I had to go figure out my own stuff Because of a coupon I was trying to use that one of the detailers had a misunderstanding with about it so I talked to one the guys and he was understanding about it and nice. But what makes this a 2 star is that the center cap for one of my wheels was gone after the wash and when I noticed a little bit later I called to ask if it was anywhere, just hoping really. But the same cashier from earlier picked up the phone and kinda ignored me then just said no after a little silence. So if I want the same cap I have to buy a whole new wheel. But even just a basic set that won’t match my wheels is gonna be 30$ 🙁
Been customer for 10 years. The detail center is terrible. Recently I had my vehicle detailed,. Left wax in crevasses, was not happy. I took it back a few weeks later to have the wax removed. They still missed areas. Two trips, two days and still not done correctly. I told them I would not be back. Worst detail service I have ever paid for. Don’t waste your money!!
