It’s a true self-service cash wash. They mean it. No cash changer, no vending machines, no towels available for purchase. No car wash materials available for purchase. UPDATE: Changing my review and downgrading the stars from 5 to 2. Like people are complaining. You can’t even wash your car here anymore. It’s a zoo with a thousand people that sit around, joke, and have a party with their friends. It used to be nice to be able to come on the weekend to wash your car. Now forget about it. People chilling there all day talking with their friends. The reason why I dropped it from 5 stars to 2 stars, 3 years ago this place was much different. You were actually able to get into the bay wash your car and leave in a timely manner.

It’s a decent place for a car wash. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to my car still needing a light cleaning after the wash. I assume the brushes need replacing or repositioning to get areas such as the back of the vehicle near the license plate and along the bottom of the vehicle’s undercarriage. I would recommend getting the deluxe or upper grade membership over just paying each visit or the lower cost options. I will still stop by occasionally, I had a membership that I wasn’t using often enough. Also, a detail option would be great. After the wash to have an attendant to clean the inside, dry the outside, and dress the tires…👌
The perceived value of Super Star Car Wash will definitely get you! It seems like great amenities for a reasonable price, but beware… and don’t do it if you love yer car!!!
After using this car wash for 5 months, I have run into many instances where they are not open during their scheduled hours… the car wash has been left unattended when there are long lines & you are forced to pray you can line up the car in the track with no mirror, cuz turning around after seeing nobody is there to assist, is not possible… even when someone is there to help, my rims ended up damaged…. They also have cars enter dangerously close to one another; it’s an accident waiting to happen!
And now that I want to cancel my membership, it’s proving to be impossible. The “cancel membership” button on their website does not work. When I finally was able to find the cancellation form, I received an error saying I don’t have a membership to cancel (but they are charging me $28/mo, so I clearly do). AND it’s impossible to get someone on the phone!
The General Manager there, Tyler, is one of the best and customer oriented managers I’ve ever met before. I solely come to this site and company because of him and the red carpet service he always makes sure to give me each and every visit. Now with this new management and ownership and all their new upgrades I highly recommend to anyone in the area as it is top quality service and experience. 💪🏼🙏🏼
I always get great service and a clean car here. The vacuum setup is the best in town. Isaiah was especially helpful during my most recent visit! Bringing upbeat energy making everyone smile!
I will say that the car wash performed well and was priced fine; however, the car wash somehow caught the air valve of my front driver’s side tire, bending it in half and causing a serious air leak. I live down the street, and my PSI went from 44 to 12 in the 3 minutes from the car wash to my home. I tried to call the car wash to let them know this happened so they could check out what may have caused it, but they never answered despite my many attempts. Luckily replacing an air valve isn’t a big deal.
