  Quick and easy place to wash the car! We didn’t have any negative experience with the owners. The wash was quite busy as it was a very sunny day, but we didn’t have to wait long because of the multiple bays.

  DO NOT GO HERE!
  inconsiderate and insufferable owners. We realized our small car soft topper had a leak and had ruined precious sentimental Items and was asked “what were we doing” we told them we had just discovered the leak and told them we were about to wash our car. They expressed that that ‘Isnt their problem and we cant clog up their bay’.

  its not about the rules they set forth on their signs, our topper has to be removed to wash our car and we were in extreme duress already. thisis about treating others like you would like to be treated. when we needed patience we were met with cold capitalistic greed.

  would never go back or reccomend. this is obviously the track record this business has from reading through other reviews and seeing how they repeatedly make excuses for their rude behavior.

  We swung through to use the free dump station (a lovely amenity!) and wash our van. While we were driving behind another RV to get close enough to read the dump station sign, a belligerent employee came over to tell us “you don’t belong here” and “you don’t know how to drive”. Needless to say we did not decide to spend our money on a car wash. That sort of behavior isn’t something I want to support.

  Edit to add in response to the owner’s reply: We are a barely 20 foot van and were not performing a multi-point turn — simply following the vehicle we saw in front of us to be able to read the signs (since they were blocked by that RV initially). We had barely pulled into the lot before we were approached and insulted. Even if we HAD been doing something wrong (such as loitering in the private property after seeing the signs) I don’t believe that’s just cause to be blatantly rude to potential customers. If someone’s first instinct is to yell “you don’t belong here” and “you don’t know how to drive” they should not be in a customer-facing position.

  DO NOT BREAK DOWN HERE!!
  Used the car wash to wash my RENTED car. Realized I lost the key fob and couldn’t start the car. The car wash was NOT busy. I offered the owner $100 to leave the car there in the stall…it was a RAINY day. She said no and she was having it towed. A little bit of kindness and compassion goes a LONG way! I had to get a Lyft to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight.
  The key fob was found at Walmart in Wasilla. It fell out of my pocket in the parking lot. Tow fee to Wasilla is $265.
