I have a love-hate relationship with this business, I like that they offer a self wash because I prefer not to have machines scratch up my paint.
But they don’t maintain the equipment. It seems like every now and then the owner comes in to see what she can do to cut corners. The spray nozzles need to be replaced as they hardly dispense any of the cleaning chemicals needed to wash your car. I’ve had more than one instance where it won’t dispense any soap at all for the brushes. You never refill the token machine with receipt paper. Just recently as of February 2023, I spent extra money to do a long spot free rinse on my car, and ended up with mineral spots on the car. AGAIN NOT MAINTAINING THE EQUIPMENT! Even if you try to call them and raise your concerns, they never answer or get back with you.
I doubt they’ll ever read this, but my message to TopGun would be to get your act together because the minute another car wash opens here in Fallon A lot of us will not be returning to TopGun.
Made my vehicle worse. It is in fact, dirtier now than when I went in! My windshield has gunk all over, to the point that the washer wiper will do nothing. This place has gone down hill. Sad.
Services are not good needs to be remodeled doesn’t clean vehicles well had to ask to get mirrors dried and when they wiped mirrors with wet cloth streaking them. Service is not good for what you are paying for

Absolutely great service for a really good price. Glad to have found a car wash that feels like they are proud of the service they are providing. Would recommend everyone to go and check it out for yourselves.
