Pretty good wash but not outstanding. When I pulled into the wash bay I found it difficult to know where to land. Not very intuitive in my opinion. My car was not very dirty to begin with just a lot of salt from the snow so wanted to wash it all off, the foam is nice they have good foam soaps and waxes but the pressure for under carriage wash does not do a good job I still had so much snow and ice in my wheel wells and under carriage I stopped outside the carwash to knock all the left over snow and ice down from under the car. It’s $5 to start – but the SOAP and BUG remover – all of it – switches through the spray gun FAST so you don’t waste time.

Their customer service is top notch too. I went to them for an oil change but they couldn’t get the filter off without damaging it, previous place put it on too tight, you’re only supposed to hand tighten oil filters for just this reason. They already drained the oil but couldn’t finish the job. What’d they do? Filled the oil and recommend I go to the previous place to have it fixed. The cost for their time and fresh oil? Not a dime. Although they put in the work and fresh oil, they didn’t charge me because they couldn’t finish the job. Love the integrity and honesty. They have a customer for life! Got the membership and loved this place until about my 10th time through. Found scratches all over the hood of my truck that is only a couple month old. Went in and told them about it and they were courteous and helpful about filing a report. I wasn’t mad, just bummed… That is until today, my claim was denied in a somewhat rude email from corporate and what they had to say made me more upset than the scratches themselves. Never again, don’t go here. It’s overpriced anyways.
Since opening, vacuums don’t work, no towels and when we spoke with employees about the lack of service they asked if we wanted to cancel our memberships, but not fix the issues. We have tried contacting corporate, but recorded message always says – call back and no reps available. We will be canceling two memberships and going elsewhere.
This place use to be great! My car was very clean and there was 2 people who sprayed your car. Now, if there are 2 people spraying they do a laxidiasical job! The “newer” Zips, near Walmart doesn’t have anyone spraying at all. If you go here go to the older Zips. FREE Vaccuums though. 🤷♀️
Cancelled my membership on 6/7/23, but was charged on 6/27/23 anyways. After a drawn out interaction with support they refused to refund. Poor customer experience. Will not be a returning.
Great car wash! Love the unlimited plan so I can go all the time to get the dirt and bugs off my car. Also like that I can clean my car mats and free vacuums.
