I reached out to Quick Quack management according to their request. I provided everything they asked for, including pictures of the damage. They still haven’t gotten back to me. I suspect that they are hoping that I will just forget that it ever happened. I won’t! Everytime I pass this store I think about how their car wash damaged my car.*ORGINAL*
We got a free car wash from our starving student card. After coming out of the car wash, our mirror was bent and cracked, and the front license plate was bent as well. So we ended up saving a few bucks on a car wash, only to have our car damaged!By Peter Hart (in the last week)I’m unlikely to return. I was taking my wife’s car to get washed. I’d never been to one before, which I told to the employee when I pulled up. He the pointed to the prices. While I found this unhelpful, I didn’t think that much of it. When he came back to see which I wanted, I told him I wanted a one time wash mid tier wash. He offers me a membership. Cool, no problem offering an upsell, I totally get it. I tell him this is a one time deal and I don’t want the membership. He then goes off and tells me I come here all the time and essentially starts calling me a liar. I inform him this is my wife’s car. I ask if she has a membership. He tells me no. And continues to tell me to buy the membership. By this point he being very harsh.My issues are the following:
I get being in a sales environment, I also work in one. He wasn’t selling, he was just being pushy and rude. If the establishment themselves are what’s pushing these kids to act like this, then shame on them. If he was just rude, then shame on him.
My other issue is why is a car wash recording my license plate number if I don’t have a membership? I don’t recall consenting to that, or it being disclosed upon my arrival.
I still gave 2 stars because the wash job itself was good.

Good wash for older vehicles that are in bad shape but don’t use for newer cars or trucks it broke off my stock automatic running board off my new truck. Filed a report with them was promised a call within a week this was February 25th, it’s now the middle of July and no matter how much I call or stop by I have been promised a call from a manager and still nothing. With one wash it didn’t get the chalk off of my windshield that they put on. So I had to go through again. And it didn’t get it AGAIN. There is also no spray for the interior of the car. Big 5 is so much better.
Always enjoy the wash here. It’s super convenient. They have free drying towels ready. Plus Jon is always friendly and has answered any questions I’ve had.

My husband took his brand new GMC Denali truck through their car wash last July. They scratched his tailgate. He has an incident report. We have called multiple times and stopped by. No one is taking accountability or acknowledging us.
We had a great experience at Quick Quack. Super good pricing and they let us go through twice because the bugs didn’t come off our car fully the first time. Riley was who served us and she was super super helpful:) we’ll definitely be using again!!
The staff is great they are doing their jobs. Unfortunately one of those jobs is offering incentives for 5 star reviews. Would have given this place 3 stars for the wash compared to other quick quacks, but today’s was pretty good. 3.4 overall for my experience at this location but one star for violating FTC guidelines on exchanging goods for a 5 star review. Not a good business practice. If you want an actual reputation management strategy please get in touch. There are legitimate ways of generating positive reviews.
The new ceramic duck wash is cool, especially the light graphic on the windshield. Would love to see more features like this because one reason I come to this car wash is to entertain my kids.
