A really nice friendly atmosphere, friendly and very helpful staff, and the consultant John was absolutely amazing! Would definitely use them again!
Having moved just moved to Stretham from Cambridge a year ago, the check-out staff etc have always been fantastic and friendly, sadly though, much like as was the case in their Cambridge stores before I moved, you have to wait until staff finish their personal conversations if you visit the lottery/cigarette counter and the pharmacy staff also, all too frequently , totally blank you while they chat away, while you wait hopefully…
Me And my husband are on ours late 30s. We both try to buy scratch lotery tickets several times and the lady refused to sell us we didn’t provide her our ID, we didn’t have this issue in any other store, we definitely not looking younger then 25 years old . We think the lady was rude towards us, as we was trying to buy 1 scratch ticket that’s it

Upon entering the store at midday i was welcomed by a very foul smell. Then walking through the store i wish i had dressed for winter it was so cold. After finally finding half the goods i came for i decided to check out. I was so glad to get home. After years of shopping at Tesco i wont return. p.s. forced to put one star.
I would definitely recommend using the Mobile phone shop in the Ely store! James served me yesterday.He was super knowledgeable,professional & very helpful! He answered all my tech questions patiently.Most importantly he didn’t use the hard sell approach,he just made sure I got the right phone for me! Thanks James.
