This lack of communication is not professional or a good sign of a effective location and would recommend any of the other 3 carwashes along 31 in Franklin.By Kendra Mahan (a month ago)Great value, especially if using the pressure wash self service bays!While it is best to hand wash cars, it’s not always feasible at home, often due to limited tools/resources or time especially. This is a great spot for a quick car wash. The drive through offers a variety of wash option, ranging from $9 to $19, and monthly unlimited plans are available too. The pressure wash bays can be used for as little as $5 for 10 minutes (as of Nov. 2022). If memory serves, that amount won’t buy anything at another big name wash (won’t say names)!
Some reviewers complain of faulty equipment. In past experiences, occasionally some little things wouldn’t work, like tire cleaner fluid not coming through the pressure line, or the foam brush not foaming. I haven’t seen any equipment issues in recent visits; it seems they’re well maintained. The vacuums aren’t very strong, although they’re free and normally aren’t needed, so no complaints there. I’ve had little interaction with the staff, mainly to request smaller bills back when the bays took cash or card (now just cards). Even so, the workers seem courteous and professional.
A good, quick & potentially inexpensive stop for a car wash!

I absolutely love this place!! I will never take my car anywhere else. It gets your car completely clean, and if it doesn’t, you can go through again no questions asked.
This location is VASTLY improved. It has all of the latest top of the line features. The staff (as always) is friendly and attentive. The lines move fast, the washes are good, and the price is reasonable. Great place to keep your ride sparkly!
Went through on June 7th and during the scrubbing, they cracked my windshield. Went through the claims department and they said that it is impossible for them to have broken my windshield without there already being damage, and that it is 100% not their fault. Definitely canceling all memberships for crew and wanted to leave this review as a cautionary tale. They will not repair any damage they cause, so think twice before using this carwash.
Went through, dead big did not come off. Mirrors still looked awful. No biggie go back through asked for them to spray off. Literally same dead bug still on. Come on crew! I don’t pay a lot of money for the ultimate wash for the kids not to take time to spray the car. Or seem

I have the unlimited ultimate monthly pass. I go several times a week, however the car never gets clean. The belt moves too quickly through the air dryers so I am left with wated marks all over my car. Staff are always friendly and helpful! Just wish they would not make the cars get so close to each other when going through the wash.
