Taking away a star for the price. Also, I’m taking away another star because the automated “dryer” doesn’t ever last a minute (it says 60 seconds) and does a terrible job drying the car. I understand that it’s supposed to be spotless after it dries, but you HAVE to get down and dry the car with a towel. The automated drier HAS to do MUCH better! Or at the very least it needs to last the full minute!!!!! The timer goes blank and disappears after like 35 seconds. What’s the point of the timer if it’s doesn’t last what it’s supposed to? Lol. I was able to clean my dog way better than I can in the bathtub. I barely got wet when usually, I’m drenched.I misread and ended up paying $20 for only 11 minutes, I had thought if I went over it would charge me incrementally instead of straight up another $10. If I had known, I would have kept using it. So just something to be aware!
The timer inside the tub and the large timer on the selection menu always said “10 minutes remaining”, my time only showed on the card reader and it was actually how much time I had spent so far. This was a little confusing and not being able to see the time in the tub ended up costing me $10.
I do plan on going again however, I will be setting my own timer.

A truly incredible waste of money. Didn’t do much more than get the car wet. None of the dirt on the bottom half was even touched and the car was barely even dirty to begin with. Extremely overpriced, especially if you get the cheapest option, basically $7 for a rinse and NO dry. I can’t believe people go here. Avoid avoid avoid. Seriously. This place is so poorly ran. I’ve been back like 5 different times now expecting things to work. What an absolute waste of money… such trash. Car comes out dirtier than before with all the water spots from the dryers not working. Fix your stuff. I appreciate the convenience of being able to stay in my car during the wash, and the speed with which the job is completed is impressive. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with my membership at Quick Quack, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality car wash.
This is by far my favorite Quick Quack. It’s right next to the freeway, and all their vacuums work (which cannot be said about all locations). The staff is superb. They are quick, kind, and attentive to customers. William usually helps me, and his customer service is exceptional. He goes out of his way to ensure my visit is beyond satisfactory.
I love quick quack. I always get a great wash and I drive a black truck so it needs attention pretty frequently. The staff are an always super friendly especially Isabelle. She always has a smile on her face and is so polite, one of the many perks of going to quick quack.
We really enjoy the membership program. It has saved us so much money! The car wash works great, and the staff is always friendly!
i went to the car wash twice in this past week and this sweet girl named Katey was working both times! She answered all my questions and sprayed down my car very well! she was so polite and extremely helpful!!
