For what purpose or benefit, I couldn’t possibly guess. I checked my account prior to getting out of my vehicle and everything was fine. When declined, the register will print out a receipt. All standard registers do this and it looked to be a normal register. You’re also forced to allow the cashier to swipe for you which is incredibly sketchy in and of itself. Went outside to check my phone (I get an instant notification when I’ve been charged or declined, including while at the same store so it wasn’t a “lack of service due to location” issue) and had no notifications that I’d been denied or that any attempt to be charged had occurred. I had the same amount as I did before (so at least they didn’t steal from me as far as I’m aware) and immediately used that same exact card AT the pump. As for the car wash itself: 3/4 of the vacuums are chronically broken, machines regularly take money without providing the intended service, there is trash & large broken items (such as washing machines) just hanging out wherever.By Marceline Hardy (a month ago)Had some time before work today so I decided to get a quick carwash.

Absolutely amazing… this is now my go to carwash. You can’t beat the value. I was using Scrub-a-Dub car wash for years now. Paying $23.99 (plus tax) for the extreme wash. Crystal Clean Car wash charges $19 for the extreme wash and it comes out 1,000 times better.
At scrub-a-dub car wash after getting the extreme wash I ALWAYS had to go into the self serve bays and spend more money getting all the spots that were missed… Not at Crystal Clean Car Wash. Their machine does 3D profiling of your vehicle, and gets EVERY spot THE FIRST TIME…

Scratched my brand New 90k truck, and the owner would not even help get it buffed out. Claimed the scratched had to have already been there. On a truck that didn’t even have 40 miles on it yet. 🤣🤣 If you want your vehicle scratched by all means, use this car wash. If not, go elsewhere.
I like the pretty lights and it gets my car clean. The kids are too old to find it exciting now but they loved it when they were younger. More than anything though, I appreciate the free vacuum option. Handy thing to be able to do when I’m out and about on a sunny day. It’s also great that you have so many vacuums. It was quite busy there on Sunday. Thanks.
Staff was unclear and rude. The guy running the wash yelled for not doing the wash correctly when it’s his job to tell you how and he gave wrong directions.
Also ordered underbody wash and didn’t get one because they cram as many cars in as possible and the orders get mixed up. Wont be coming back.
Not bad as far as automated car washes go but I seem to have to remind them every time I go to wash the tailgate to my pickup truck as the brushes never seem to get it clean or even close to clean.
Car wash is not strong. Still have bugs on my windshield after several washes. There is a gray dusty film that covers my back windshield once dry. Air Dryers are not strong enough. I always have so much water that leaves water spots on my car. There are no trash cans to throw away any of my trash in my car, and your vacuums do not have good suction at all, if they even work at all that is. As I’m typing this, none of your vacuums have any suction whatsoever. I’m highly disappointed in this place for minimum $20 a month. This place is garbage
