  Ordered the “Full Service” car wash for $36.00 which included a full wipe down of the dash and inside, vacuuming, and cleaning of the windows inside and out. Do NOT purchase this car wash service. The high school boys that provide the service did not bother to do an actual wipe down inside — they missed loads of dust on the dash, debris on the carpet (they didn’t even bother to do under the seats), and they didn’t even bother to open up the trunk and vacuum there. I specifically cleared out my entire car so that they would be able to get the whole thing but clearly they don’t care to provide a thorough service.

  I took my car to the north location. The lady at the counter was not very pleasant and instead of finding out from her that I would get a free air freshener with the $36 wash I had to hear it from another customer while I was waiting. The guys doing the cleaning were all very young guys who did a fast job but unfortunately not very thorough especially for the package price. I will not be returning. Price for service and job done is not worth it.

  Horrible service and the kids working there apparently are special education as I watched 4 vehicles that came LONG after me come & go before my truck was even washed, finally after talking with someone they made this EVEN WORSE they skipped vacuuming and to add insult to injury they dried the car that came out after mine 1st. I left and will be returning any remaining washes I’ve purchased.

  Very disappointed. I took my vehicle through the wash and the bottom half and tire rims were not clean at all. I went back through the line and the attendant kindly let me go through again, which I appreciated, however when I exited the car wash a second time my vehicle had NOT gotten any cleaner. Very disappointing for taking a vehicle through what is supposed to be considered a superior wash.
  I sent photos over Facebook to Tommy’s to let them know I was told I should have gone back through the line again. Perhaps I should have, but it didn’t clean the vehicle the first two times.
  Sadly I would not recommend taking a vehicle through this car wash.

  Never got the front of the car clean. Needs to have some attendant to spray front as you pull in in the warmer weather when the bugs are out! The brushes didn’t really clean like I’ve had others clean. Did like the mat washer and vacuum though
