2 months agoBrought a car 4 weeks ago which all paint work was in good condition, went to have a good wash, Not once was the car wiped over by hand bugs all left over the front of the car. Then noticed run marks all down one side of door panel and front bonnet of car. Taken car back to discuss and manager is just pure rude. Telling me I never took it there when I did which cctv will prove! Now left with a car with run marks down which looks awful. I will be taking this matter further!! Avoid this car wash at all costs. Not worth the long lasting damage to your car.a year agoDo not use this place. Just back from Chichester one and the coating on my alloys has been damaged, the black plastic is grey and patchy and there are 2 small chips on the bonnet. It is not a 4×4, nor a 7 seater nor an MPV. It is the size of a standard hatchback car – in fact slightly shorter than a golf. But the manager wanted to charge the higher price for a 4×4 etc (as shown in the photos above) and was adamant that the car’s size warranted the higher price. Not impressed!

Excellent. It was slow and very thorough. I went for a coffee and croissant in the cafe in Tesco. My car has never been so clean inside and out after a trip to Wales on muddy lanes with muddy boots in and out of the car
My partner and I used this car wash on 23rd May 2022 and all was going swimmingly until we got stuck in the car wash machine. The machine stopped the car and stopped working. We were stuck in the car wash for at least 10 minutes. Both of us were panicking and not really sure what to do as we didn’t want to get out the car if it wasn’t safe, so we decided to wait to see if a member of staff would approach us. When a little longer passed, I decided to call them. I googled the car wash and rang the number, to have the phone be picked up and immediately be hung up on. It was quite a frightening experience and when the car wash started again, it didn’t dry our car so we ended up leaving with a wet car and no explanation. We will not be returning.
They used to pressure wash the mess off before going through the car wash. Not any more. The car comes out dirty. You can use the hand wash for the same price in Quarry Lane. Better service and cleaner car.
Gone down hill. Staff members clearly unmotivated, 1 older man in particular is in no hurry to help, never looks friendly and puts no effort in. They used to scrub the car with brush and spray wheels but now they only do it sometimes and the car still comes out the otherside covered in dead bugs. Littlehampton IMO is much better
Wonderful place to have the car washed – quick, efficient, you’re in and out. My niece loved the ‘unicorn bubbles’ – the multi-colour soap.
Definitely will go to an IMO again.
