Boot was also not cleaned at all and guy said it was because there is dog hair and that is an additional cost. They took my key and wouldn’t give it back without paying first. Absolutely terrible. Absolutely diabolical!!! I paid for a mini valet and didn’t get the finish as advertised…another lady next to me the same service but got her mats cleaned and dried.
It’s a shame as I had another appointment to get to otherwise I would have stayed and pointed all dirt still in the car.
The customer service is utterly rubbish and the job is not well done for the price you pay for. The interior cleaning is masked by polish.

Despite a various mixed reviews I took the car for a wash and wax £13 in a good hope. They were not busy and I was straight in, yet I was glad to be gone from there, as it was all very rushed and loud. The quality of the work is questionable as there were dirt marks all over and an old dry bird poo still on the freshly washed car. The area below the car doors was not even touched. Disappointing, I won’t come back.
Don’t go. Crooks trying to overcharge, do a substandard job, and steal your cash!
I wanted and exterior and interior clean for £25. The guy had a look at the inside and said it would need a mini valet for £30 as it was too dirty. It wasn’t, it just had the usual floor bits that accumulate over time, nothing too crazy that wouldn’t be picked up with a hoover. I don’t even have floor mats to wash but I just said that’s fine anyway. I came back and another guy tried to charge me £35, which I refused. I then checked the car and the quality of the job wasn’t great, so I asked them to redo a couple of bits. Someone also stole the coins I had. Not much value wise, but still completely not ok. The guy said no one took the money but then gave me the equivalent money back.
Paid a premium price but got a premium service. Went in for a wash and paint work refinish, mop and polish. The guys worked for three hours to do the job and considering my Audi A5 black metallic car is 15-years old, it now Looks like it’s just been re-sprayed. My car looks absolutely amazing and they had a previous bad polish attempt to remove from the lacquered finish. I am so chuffed with the results. Turned a few heads driving home too. Well done guys!!!
I have used these guys before, but turned up today and even though they advertise £25 for external and internal clean, they said they had to charge extra as the car was ‘too dirty’.
I really didn’t like there attitude, so I left and will avoid in future
