Just come from here and paid £6.50 for the triple wax. Attendant was rude and left my back window dirty. The overall cleanliness of the car is very poor. Not happy and will definitely not go again. Avoid it, you are wasting your money!
Very poor l, paid for an attended pre wash, didn’t bother using any pre-wash, just gave a quick spray with jet. When asked why he hadn’t used anything, the man said my car didn’t need it. I pointed out it should be cheaper then if he decides to not give me what I have paid for.
After arguing for 2 minutes he decided to quickly spray my car and walk off.
I’ve been using this place for years and have often told myself to go elsewhere, the people here are always rude.This will be the final time.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend this car wash to anyone. Dont bother going if you have a voucher You will just get a very rude staff member talk to you then start swearing at you. Stay away and read other comments on her they are very try about the rudeness of the customer service.

We washed our car with Ultra HD option but the car was not clean at all. A lot of the stains on the body and bonnet of the car were still there and we had to clean it again by ourselves. According to your staff(also I noticed) one of the roller brush NOT even working.
I’m a regular customer for IMO for long time. BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. NO ONE WOULD ACCEPT CLEANING THE CAR THEMSELVES, AFTER paying £12 to you.
