First of all, every single employe there was so welcoming, very respectful and mostly very accommodating. That said, the work atmosphere is what I really need to talk about! Did you ever dream of being able to play ping pong, video games, get free snacks, drinks and work in your knitted socks at work? Well that`s right folks these guys have this and much much more. Working comfortably is not even the right word to describe all of it! If you get the opportunity to work for Maxence, owner of the business, jump right in! a year agoI used to be a customer. They are way too expensive. They even raised their price. They promised the project to be completed in 1 month. This did not happen even if the scope stayed the same throughout. I don’t recommended them. Fortunately I’ve found a better service elsewhere in the great area of Montreal.6 years agoThey are an amazing team! They are meticulous and care for their customer like no other company. They can solve anything you ask them, and won’t charge you extra fees all over the place like other company do for every bit of change you ask on your website. They also have a very supportive customer service, even after they are done with your website they still take care of answering your questions and fixing bugs and stuff for you free of extra charge to make sure your website always run smootly. 4 months agoTerrible company to deal with. From billing to tech support, everything is broken. They have absolutely no interest in resolving customer issues and just don’t care. Support tickets get pseudo-automatic responses and then don’t get answered anymore after you replied. Phone or chat support unavailable. Prices we pay don’t correspond to what’s published on their website. Ridiculously poor experience! Stay away.2 months agoTerrible tech support and customer service. I don’t know where they hire these guys, but they are totally useless. It is pointless to even open support tickets now, the last few tickets were a total waste of time. I’d advise avoiding this hosting company: if any problems happen, you will not get any support from them.3 months agoWater cooled servers. If you are saavy enough, you have the ability to make your own secure infrastructure within the cloud for a great price.Good Iaas which you could turn to a PaaS or SaaS.
5 years agoGood service. Luckily we are self sufficient. But the odd time we need their support, the company doesn’t answer calls at all. You have no one to speak with. There is no system in place to handle support inquiries. No responses to tickets. Not the way I would run a hosting company. Feeling uncertain.a year agoThe customer service is effective and professional, the people who work there put all their effort to resolve customer concerns, it is very easy to use OVH services, it is very stable, secure and at the best cost of all clouds.
