Very idiotic, and disrespectful! Any place is better than this, they locked the keys out of my car, came and yelled at me over it then offered to break in leaving no damage I said no I live 5 min away let me get the spare the owner threw a fit and said he couldn’t stop production says I’m never welcome here again over me not allowing him to break in my car. He’s a poor excuse for a business man; they also cannot wash teslas, and do not take an accountability. Thankfully I only was there for a horrid 30 min and don’t work under this man. Do better.
Edit: since this bafoon responded no, he was upset screaming at us he couldn’t stop production, remaining completely appropriate I had to ingest him blaming me for customers leaving etc but each customer agreed we’d not let him touch our cars, this is why you have to sign a release to ruining peoples property, he’s trash. he refused to take accountability of locking my keys in the car he also had his one employee threaten to get physical with me because I told him he was absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. He kept blaming me telling me I’m no longer welcome as I didn’t allow him to break into my car. Everyone had witnessed it, along with your whole staff being very childlike. Again DO BETTER. I rarely ever take my car somewhere to have it serviced because I want it completely cleaned. this place previously years ago was well known for doing an amazing job. But today I lost all faith in that. I will never return. I paid the $25 to have everything completely done. I definitely did not get that today. Even the exterior wasn’t wiped down properly it’s actually laughable that they get customers to continue to return. My 12-year-old granddaughter is outside right now re-doing the work that these grown men/professionals should have done in the first place. When I called back they told me all they do is a light interior dusting and vacuum vacuum. But it appears that neither of those were actually done.

So I use to come here all the time. Multiple times a month. This is the second time I’ve come here since new management and honestly the quality of washing and vacuuming is trash. Like I paid extra for cup holders and they weren’t done. I had to tell someone, I also paid for rubber mats which were not put back in my car. Had I not looked in the back I would not of realized they were missing, also my car still had stuff on the floor inside and the exterior was still dirty. Figured I would give this place one mot chance but I’m looking elsewhere for service going forward. I never had an issue with the quality of work with the previous owners

Don’t listen to everyone complaining. Nowhere offers full detail service for 20$ which is what people expect…

This car wash damaged a new vehicle. The new owner’s name is Shiv Shah. He doesn’t take responsibility for his car wash. I dare you to wash your car at this place. If you do, then you may be looking at filing an insurance claim to cover the expensive damages. This car wash has video cameras taping the cars before and after. If you file a claim against them, that video footage is kept for at least a year. That is evidence that can be used in your favor. The only things he respects are small claims court filings and insurance claims. The previous owner was Irv and he was a good man and respectful toward everyone. This new owner is a disaster. Go ahead and wash your car at AutoSpa. Learn the hard way.
I paid over 35.00 to get a good wash , vacuum and doing the dash. I paid for extra for tires. Very disappointed with there job. The dash was not touched, the vacuuming was poor. I know they were crowded but no excuse. I went back and told them. He did the vacuuming over, but nothing else touched. Ive been there before and it was a good job. Im afraid to go back. Especially when I had to do the inside when I got home.
This place is a waste of time and money. Workers are more concerned about time rather than quality of service. I went there the first time and interior of my car was still dirty. I gave a second chance , went there again and same thing. I watched the guy just trying to get over with vacuuming rather than take time to do it well. I was upset and did not tip. Would never return here again.
