Not worth it. I paid for the $33 full service car wash. Go somewhere else. This place is not worth it. They only took 10 minutes for what is supposed to be a full service. The rags they were using weren’t fully dry and the back seat of the car smells like wet rag. Interior was not even cleaned properly. My truck was in the shop after being smashed by an at fault driver – I asked to pause my membership until it was repaired. They were unwilling to grant my request. A clear sign of poor decision making by management which makes me really nervous now. I come here 3-4 times a week. I have their membership and very convenient to my home. The location alone runs great and the new staff they brought over seem nice, since the acquisition. They just added air pumps for tires which is super awesome.
My only complains that I miss from the previous company, it was easier to add additional cars to my membership. I came in person to do it, which is how I done it on in the past, but I was told to do it on the website. Website has no way of doing it and has an inquiry page. From there I asked to add a vehicle, but I was never contacted about it. I called, but the machine said it was a 35 minute wait… F-that! I’m not waiting. I guess they won’t get more of my money.

Scratched my first ever “brand new car” less than 2 weeks after I bought it. So glad I paid for one individual wash before buying a membership. For $25 I’d also expect my car to be clean, but it’s not. Two stars for the “free” vacuums. Won’t be using this place again
This is The Best car wash out there. The machine clothes never leave scratches, the wash is Excellent everytime, the drying blowers are very powerful, the vacuums always work well, they provide you with drying clothes, all-purpose cleaners and window cleaner. I have had my monthly membership for over two years and will continue to renew. The Manager has Excellent Customer Service Skills. Great Job Guys !! You’ve earned my business.
I recently visited this car wash for first time. I had a coupon for a free wash but was having a hard time getting the code to show on my phone. I asked employee to help and he kept saying ” I don’t know”. He also didn’t explain the car wash options so I wasn’t sure what I was going to get. Turns out he didn’t speak English and I can’t speak Spanish. I still don’t know what car wash options are available or maybe there is only one type of car wash available?
The car wash missed parts of my car including the grill and around back license plate.
Later I figured out there is a free detailing station with towels and cleaning products. That’s a unique and nice feature of this car wash. However, I saw other customers getting their tires cleaned by employees but no one cleaned tires on my car so I wasn’t sure if I needed to pay extra for that?
The area with vacuums also did not have any cover from the sun. It would be great if there were canopies or some kind of sun shades like most car washes have.
The car wash changed owners last year . The prices have tripled and there are fancy new lights and signs. But the wash itself is still very tired and old. The wash doesn’t spray enough water on the car in the beginning to prevent scratches. The vacuums don’t have enough suction to pick up dirt. There are cables loosely strung between the vacuums for some reason. When charging a minimum of $16 for a wash you need to do more than put up a fancy new name and signs.
Been going to this location for years and although the name has changed the customer service has aways remained great! Highly recommended
