Unfortunately it didn’t match expectations. I was forced to use the Bothell location since they’re temporarily reducing hours in woodinville but I received a sub par wash. I attempted reaching to customer service about it but was ignored. I even paid for the 10 wash stipend so I’ve given them a decent amount of money up to this point.
Update: Still no response from the service team.
If you want a proper wash, look somewhere else.

I’m so so thankful that this place is here! I think this may be the ONLY full service gas station left! I use the GasBuddy app, and I saw that General Car Wash had one of the lowest fuel prices of the gas stations near me. It’s been awhile since I took the car through the car wash so I decided to get both done in one fell swoop.
The attendants are courteous (as always), and I drove away having accomplished two things in one stop and never having to leave my car. Can’t even vacuum my car after a car wash.
Reply….. If you looked at the pictures, you would know why I could not vacuum my car. The entire place was overflowing with garbage. The alley ( not pictured) was filled with trash that the wind had blown away. I’m willing to pay but, I’m not going to sift through trash to reach the vacuum hose.

My original rating didn’t include a post. However, after the BB team reacted with my rating I felt the need to elaborate. The People at the wash are super helpful and very friendly. The wash is quality and the club pricing is a value. It also smells nice! Bottom line this company is thankful for your business and they show it!
Haven’t had a negative experience yet. Everytime I go the staff are friendly and helpful. I just use the drive thru wash with a membership so I don’t typically need any help but I always see them out there with a smile on helping others.
Absolutely the best car wash !! I’ve been taking all my cars here since I was 16 years old. The customer service is absolutely amazing and they are always so nice that’s what makes me want to come back every time. They are super helpful and great with directions. I have experienced other car washes but none held up to my standards. Brown bear will never disappoint! They are affordable and not overpriced! Thank you Brown Bear Team!
