Paid for the upgrade to clean inside of the car too. Horrible job it’s like they just swiped and pretended to clean but as you can see in the pictures, they left my car dirty and pretty much the same condition I brought it in. Barely vacuumed and light wipe down. The only thing good is the automatic wash. The rest is horrible service. Seems like the job now is do as less as possible and get you out as fast as possible, but they expect high tip just for the service you already paid for. Great wash, free use of the vacuums, mat cleaner, and towels! I typically go to the one on Monocacy, but stopped at this one today and was just as pleased. For $10 my car is clean inside and out. It is very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but I only waited about 7 minutes in the line to get through. The staff was very friendly. Definitely will go to this one again or the one on Monocacy. I really should just get a membership.

The manager here is awesome and staff is great. I come everyday , literally. One day the machine pulled over my wiper blade.
Herb replaced both my wiper blades on the spot and I was good as new in 5 minutes.
