  horrible experience. Paid for the highest wash as this was the first wash on my new van and wanted it shiny. came out of the tunnel and it did not wash anything. front and back of the van was still dusty and dirty with mud and water spots from the rain. I walked around and noticed my brake light was damaged as well. I went to the cashier and told them my van was not washed and I filed a claim for the damage. was told they will contact me for the claim. 3 days went by and no call. I called and was told to call them in the morning.
  I called today and was told they cannot do anything about it as their machines do not put pressure on the cars. I told him my van was being bumped and shacking while being “washed”. they said it was already damaged and they will not pay for the damage. my van still has paper plates and wasn’t even a month old.

  Do not come here! they will not wash the car, and they will damage and deny responsibility.

  Really like my membership and the fact that these are popping up in very convenient places.

  This review is only for this one not for any other.

  This company is offers a good wash at a good price and the membership is a good deal.

  This location needs to work on staffing. Ignoring the lane, a vehicle waiting for the membership to be acknowledged and then when being honked at to get your attention (even after you finally open the door for a contractor who knocked) because you just closed the door and started talking to someone else, you should actually walk out and help. Pointing a finger at me, does not convey to information you may think it does. Then saying well you need to hit the machine (never had to at other locations) did sorta help, but again would have been a lot easier if you had walked over to me crossing one lane instead of just waiting until I back up, go into the other lane, then just opening the gate. Not helpful.

  Dear owner/manager: I called and left a voicemail this morning because after I washed my car there was a line to wait for the vacuums. This cause a very dangerous situation and I feel strongly that something needs to be done to prevent this dangerous situation from happening again. The one star is just to get your attention. I actually think this is a 4 star wash. I have been to other car washes that limit your vacuum time to 5 minutes. I do not think this is enough time to use the high-pressure air and vacuum a car. I timed myself and was able to vacuum and use the air in 16 minutes. I think the problem is that some people will use air and vacuum, but then will take an addition 10-15 minutes to properly dry and wipe down the inside of their car. This is what cause the backup. A perfect example is the guy that was still wiping his car when I left, even though he had been there before me for I don’t know how long. There is always plenty of parking just outside of your vacuum area. I recommend that you instruct your patrons to vacuum and use the high-pressure air first, then vacate the vacuum area before drying their car. I understand that the guy next to me wanted to make his car look nice because he drives for LYFT. I really enjoy using this car wash, but my one star review will remain until I see a response to this concern. And to anyone who read all the way to the bottom of this review…bring a towel or two if you do not want water spots in your car. This is a machine that is washing your car. If you don’t want water spots, go pay $25 for someone to dry your car by hand.

  I really love this carwash. It definitely gets the job done and the people that work here seriously work their tails off! It has great hours of operation, tons of vacuums and air hoses at every stall, and it’s clean! They have three venting machines to pick car accessories from and the staff is always emptying out the trash cans for us.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my car to get a wash here and came out with a flat tire. They tried to tell me that my tire was already flat before I went through their car wash. However, anyone with a brain would know that if my tire was already flat I would not have been able to even drive there! And my tire pressure light wasn’t on until I was halfway through their car wash. I talked to the manager Leon and got footage of my car noticeably getting caught on something in their car wash. They told me that they were getting a maintenance person to come out that night which was a Friday and they would contact me the next day. Surprise surprise they never contacted me. I called and left a message and they never called me back. HORRIBLE customer service. Had to pay for a tire replacement that should’ve been paid by them for causing the flat. NEVER going back here again!

  I live about 3 blocks from here. Went the first time the other day.
  I LOVE IT. FREE vacuum to use and unusual LOW PRICES. Not kidding. Prices were very low. I paid $5 for the basic car wash and the outside job was great on my Benz! Prices do go up for premium washes but basic was fantastic!
