Sadly, the Rose Hill Car Wash has gone down hill since the sale. Yes payment has improved. But should I go back, I will never tip in advance again.
Service was terrible. I paid for works plus. The exterior of the vehicle was left dirty. If I wanted a hose down, I could go to so many other car washes and have paid less. I am not expecting my car to be detailed but for the Works Plus I expect my car to be vacuumed after I watch as your crew vacuumed the car in front of me for 10 minutes.
Why did you make me wait an hour to cream the inside of my vehicle if the front window is still dirty? I watched 6 vehicles that came off after me finished before mine including a heavy duty full cab truck.
I also paid $10 extra to wash my floor mats but they are still dirty. Even worse after being told my car was ready my floor mats were not in my car. I had to find them and then was told by your crew to put them back in myself.
If this was one off okay. But I arrived with a friend and they were left with a dirty vehicle after paying for the works plus.

I used to come here all the time and they did such a great job but since the new ownership, I would avoid this place completely. save yourself the money,

They have gotten rid of the employees, trid the refrigerators, the intimacy and ambiance that was once raved in the local the newspaper. Its now a stagnant. Money making machine, like everything else. It was absolutely awful to see. Everything was replaced with chairs like a stale Bank of America. No more free toys for the children. There was no more free coffee because the coffee had run dry, and although there was a complimentary mechanical help yoursef machine, it, of course was unmanned and out of coffee in the 1st place. Which is WHY you keep employees!!! What a loss for our community, and yet here we are stagnant, with all these establishments to disintegrate and disappear. employees on a power trip. Stuck in front of the car wash. Can’t go forward can’t reverse. I have a membership but the employee insist that I have to have a sticker. She is refusing to find the membership fee in my tag number.
Brown Bear Car Wash reply is incorrect. Your employees don’t have a new stickers. Each time I have asked, they told me I need to come back when there’s a manager on duty. Apparently your manager doesn’t start until later in the day? I was not offered a new sticker. Why would your employee hold me up get on the phone and make me wait when they could simply hand me a sticker. I’m here every Wednesday morning, and last Wednesday the attendant had no problem and the Wednesday before this event the attendant had no problem, except that they don’t have access to stickers. As if. I wish I could give you less stars for that reply.

Went to the Brown Bear at Renton and gave this place a second chance. Very satisfied they changed the configuration where my vehicle would dry up without marks AND got my recently layered tree sap with no problem. I can’t speak more highly of everyone at Juanita Union 76! They’ve taken excellent care of my car for a long time. I get regular oil changes and they always do a complete inspection of everything, often finding things that I didn’t realize needed replacement such as back lights, etc. They suggest things I might need to have done in the future but never pressure me to have work done. They vacuum the inside of my car each time I have work done and give me a free car wash. It’s a mostly family operation led by Dan who’s absolutely amazing and has been running the operation for 50 years! Everyone there is extremely kind, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend them and thank them for all their help to me over the years!
These guys and gals are absolutely 100% professionals. My whole experience dealing with Phil and his crew was a breath of fresh air. I had numerous things wrong with my vehicle and to be honest I was worried of the cost but also I was more worried about whether it was gonna get done correctly, they did an awesome job in not just explaining the problems but helping me fix what was necessary and setting me up with the not so urgent fixes later. They did an awesome job, they were clean and top notch. I would suggest you take your vehicle problems to these guys anytime. I found my mechanics. Guaranteed you will be satisfied with their work and especially their professionalism. Thank you guys for being honest real mechanics.
Dan, Phil and Brooke are all the kindest most helpful people! I love taking my car here; they are so thorough and explained what was wrong with my car so it was easy to understand. Had a headlamp replaced. They replaced it while I waited in the lobby area. Took care of it very quickly. Technician was professional and courteous. Girl at the front desk was friendly and cordial. Final cost was less than expected. I will definitely be back for service in the future!
