  The wash itself was good, but when I got in my car, there was a bad smell. So I started walking back inside to get an air freshener. The woman Manger asked me what was wrong and I told her there was a smell in my car and I thought it mite be the water from washing the floor mats. She told me they use soapy water, so it couldn’t be that. She then told me if there was a smell, it was there when I came in. I proceeded to buy the air freshener and politely told her that my car did not smell before I got there. I mean I went back into buy air freshener. Wasn’t asking for money back or anything additional from Todd’s and she was soooo rude. Told her I wouldn’t be coming back and she said that’s fine. How the heck do you stay in business like that. I even tipped the workers $10!!! Not going back!

  After hearing so many great things about Todd’s I decided to try them and got the $30 Turbo Wash. I was very disappointed with the work. The windshield is still dirty, the cup holders and dashboard look like they were barely wiped down. The floor mats still have debris. Once I got home I had to dust, vacuum, and wipe down the interior myself which is what I was trying to avoid doing by going to Todd’s in the first place. Overall just made me sad.

  The sad part went there before 5pm and management couldn’t have been more disrespectful. She wanted to go home early so she decided to shut it down. As she was yelling and complaining the entire time. This is the 3rd time I came her and the women manager disrespected me. Definitely not worth my service

  Chipped my car’s paint and couldn’t even give me a full refund. Came for a car wash. Picked the $30 full service which is interior and exterior washing. When they were done they told me they could do a detailing to get the black off the top of my car. When they were done I noticed my handles had been stripped of paint significantly. Not just one on handle but on all four. Not to mention the black spots were still there. When I told the manager what had happened all he offered me was the $20 back for the detailing even when I asked for the full $50 politely. I have an old car so I wasn’t upset about the messed up paint, I was upset I still had to pay for it.

  Been having the monthly unlimited membership over here for the last couple of years. The people over here always friendly, they always clean off the windshield, front of the vehicle and everything else by brush before you enter the automatic wash. Wouldn’t think of bringing my vehicle anywhere else unless I need it a hands on, full-scale detailing.

  This is the only place I go, to get my car clean. The men are friendly and work hard. The vacuums are great, parking lots are cleaned throughout the day, and the car wash itself gets all the dirt off your vehicle from top to bottom. 😍😁

  I like the was because of it’s convenience but I offen have to re-run my suv back through the wash because the back window and hatch is not fully cleaned the first time.

  OK, so here’s an update… This wash is way too powerful and they know it. It constantly pushes my mirrors in the wrong direction and even took off the cover to my driver side mirror, I was so worried that it would have killed the electronics and damage the cover.. Thankfully it did not and I was able to put the cover back on the mirror.. I went to cancel my subscription but stayed on as the dude said he could make the spinning brishes a little wider when I go through.. But instead he put the entire wash at half power or below, and it didn’t even wash the car! I then tried to go in at 10mins before they closed and they had already closed, so I called to end my subscription as I was just done with this place. I told him I had just gotten billed $20 and last time I went there was almost damage to my car and wanted to have it refunded.. HE REFUSED saying I used it once already and couldn’t refund, I’m like.. It’s a $6 wash and you’re charging $20 for it.. We went round and round.. He finally said he’d refund the full amount so I was done and hung up.. It’s been 3 weeks and they still haven’t refunded me! I feel like he did this just to get me off the phone. VERY SHADY COMPANY. Will never refer anyone to this place!
