Just got a membership here, and unfortunately will be canceling. I got a brand new car and after two weeks of driving it took it to this car wash…I got so many scratches going through this car wash, made me really sad!! I don’t even know what I payed for, the guy was incredibly pushy for a membership and I’m glad I declined because this is by far the worst car wash experience I’ve seen.
I went the other day for my first time and I will definitely be back! I got help from Lily and she made it so easy! I got all signed up for my membership and so I’m excited to be back. It was so quick and easy! And my car looks great!
Oh. My. Gosh. I had such a positive experience here! I go to quick quacks all the time and this was by far my favorite! The entire staff was super friendly especially the employee Lily. She was the first smiling face I saw and really set the mood for the whole experience! I am definitely coming back to this location and I hope to see Lily again!
Steer clear. We were charged for two cars plus activation fees totaling $120.00 + while also being told that our card had declined and that we only had the option of giving them another card or cancelling. We weren’t asked to sign anything to cancel. We were just told it had been done, until one month later when we were billed again.
I call CS and they say our card never declined and that it was never cancelled and they can’t offer anything. No help, no understanding. They basically called me a liar and said that this couldn’t happen. That a young adult couldn’t have made a mistake and looked at the wrong account or logged something incorrectly.
I asked to cancel again and again wasn’t given an email or any confirmation so now I have to swap cards before they bill me again.
The first call center employee wanted to give a discount but after the “manager” took over they didn’t want to do anything. They said they weren’t able to even after offering it previously.
Also, the site is broken and won’t allow you to submit a request since the captcha is missing but is also required?
Even if all of this hadn’t occurred, you don’t want to go here as the system never did get anything clean and left several large scratches on our doors.
Ryder was cool and helpful. Love coming to this quick quack because of his excellent service! Made my day. Before I was so sad thinking about the world and society and how one day I will die. Now my day is a little brighter all thanks to him and quick quack car wash !!
