Just moved back to the area. Being military, you move around a lot, so we have had several memberships to various car wash places. I purchased a membership yesterday, the $29/month one. The wash really didn’t clean the truck very well, left a lot of dirt on the windows, doors, didnt even touch the top of my truck, etc..the I was surprised, for the price, that you don’t provide towels(I didn’t bring any with me) or anything once you get to the vacuums, the last place we had a membership did for $10 cheaper/month. I also found that the vacuum didn’t pick up anything that wasn’t loose/floating free very well. I chose you because of your locations, and someone had recommended Mister vs. the other car washes in the area. There was at least one brush in the wash that wasn’t working at all, and most of the brushes meant for the sides of the car barely even touched my full sized sedan. I could get a much better clean for way less money by going to a coin operated manual wash, which is what I plan to do from now on. The wash did get like 80% of the dirt off, but I’m going to have to wash my car again to clean around all of the windows, mirrors, doors, handles, and other non-flat surfaces to get it actually clean. So this car wash was a waste of money and time. When I’m paying this much for a car wash, I expect much better results. (All pictures taken 5 minutes after leaving the car wash.)

A good wash on my car, free vacuums to use and they also give you a couple towels to wipe your interior, door jams and car with to get all the water off afterwards. It was a good experience! I purchased the monthly unlimited plan at $10 for the first month. It’s $34.95 each month after that. We’ll see whether I keep it or not. You have to call or go online to cancel 7 days before your renewal date as they will continue to auto charge your card each month that you use their service.
Just brought a brand new car 4 days ago and came to wash it and it came out with a scratched rim on the passenger side. Manager claims there’s absolutely nothing that touches the rim that could cause a scratched rim in the car wash. But there’s literally tracks on both sides. Filed a claim but it seems like rocket express never does anything. So sad that I have been loyal to them for years. And then I told her to cancel my membership she was a little stocked. If you have a nice car do yourself a favor and hand wash it.
Ps. Asked for the video footage and she said it’s not going to do anything because the sun is shining. But isn’t that the point of the cameras?!??
The car wash itself was fine. The front gentleman was a little pushy on the membership deal. The biggest issue was there were no clean towels and the vacuums had no suction. So many cars jockeying to use the 10% of vacuums that actually worked. Not a great experience.
Car wash is fine but if you want to cancel, you have to use an online form or talk to someone in person. I filled out the form to cancel on May 20 and I’ve been charged twice since then. I haven’t used this service since I signed up.
My car had it’s front tow hook cover come off in the wash today. I asked the employees if they can look for them, and they were not hesitant and more than willing to help. The two gentlemen eventually found the piece for me. Nice employees with integrity and diligence!
