The detail was good except a few things. They put a 20$ charge for dog hair which I read another review and it was 10$. Why was mine more? She did ask me to take a look and see if it was good and my general impression was that it looked good. I pulled into a vacuum parking and took a better look. There was grime in my middle counsel and inside my door handle. I went back in and asked for some wipes because I didn’t wanna be that person but if you’re gonna charge me a extra 20$ at least clean everything that I did in 5 minutes. They also took my headphone jack adapter for my iphone. I’d let karma handle that, i can always by another one. Other than that I always come here and get a car wash. However, for the last few months only one side of the car wash has been working which has caused lengthy lines and long wait times. Today was no exception. After waiting 25 minutes in line I was about to go through the car wash when it broke down. There was an effort to fix it but after a few minutes the employees opened up the other side that was suppose to be broken and let cars go through that one. However, those of us stuck in the lane heading into the broken car wash were ignored and we were left to figure out how to get out on our own. Extremely poor service! And I would like to know why both sides were not being used in the first place since obviously it was started without any issues. By the time I left I had been there for 40 minutes and I never got my car washed! That is totally unacceptable! The wash equipment isn’t strong enough to get dirt/bugs off a windshield or off the front of the car. The rinse mechanism is broken. The car came out covered in soap in 4 places. I watched 3 other cars drive off with the same issue, unaware they got ripped off. When I showed the soap problem to the attendant, he smeared the soap in with a towel instead of fixing the problem. This is a sorry excuse for a “car wash”. After the ridiculous experience at iShine, I took the car down the road to HEB to get it cleaned properly, and for a fraction of the price iShine charges. I contacted this location to speak with a manager regarding the detail that was done to one of my vehicles. The manager Abraham Cruz IMMEDIATELY went into defense about the timing been a week later which was inaccurate because he failed to even ask the name, didn’t verify any information or out of courtesy see what he could do as a manager to help the situation. Asking me did I do this or did I do that. I then asked to speak to someone over him and he stated the Area Manager ‘Steve’ was in a meeting and I couldn’t talk to him. Again, never asked my contact information just was RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked for corporate phone number and he told me to look on the website. Also, threatened me with calling the police, which I should’ve allowed him to do. How do you expect RESPECT and you don’t know how to give it. I addressed a concern with a service I paid for and it needed attention. I will count this as a loss, but again this is why businesses plunge because they have people like Mr. Cruz running something with lack of training and customer service skills. My money spends EVERWHERE and I will NOT be talked to RUDELY because I didn’t receive quality service. But, their employee might have lost a customer. Not only did they not brush off the back of my vehicle (not a deal breaker, but they do almost every time) but they did not tape down my rear windshield wiper. If I need to bring my own tape this needs to be on a sign at the entrance. Damage to my vehicle isn’t worth spending money to get my car washed when I could save the money, hassle, and repair just to do it myself. This is the worst service provided in a car wash. My car went through the wash fully intact and when we came out of the car wash my bumper and side panel was ripped off.
The company DID NOTHING after the rep continued stating that the previous pictures shows that the cars bumper was flushed prior to driving in the car was.
The managerial team was NOT helpful in fixing the situation. The rep was rude and incompetent of the hierarchy of your company. ( She needs to be trained more before she speaks to customer). Her contact number is 346——–she did not even state her name.

While I don’t know his name, I must say he is a valuable asset to the company. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was cleaned thoroughly.
When I arrived, my car had a significant amount of mud stuck to it from the previous night. The staff member noticed this and took it upon himself to make sure that all the mud was completely removed. He took the time to guide us through the car wash multiple times, ensuring that the mud was gone and the car looked spotless.By iDreamer (in the last week)I have a total of 6 cars. Out of my 6 cars, I have taken maybe 3 to get washed at this place. Everytime I took this particular car, I started to see some of thie blue wash pad in the crack part by my tire area. So I always have to pull it out. Well, this particular day. I went through the wash. Left out and went to get gas. Saw the blue pad. Pulled it out. Went to grocery store. Came out and noticed a medal piece missing from back window area. I knew it was in their wash. Immediately went back. After they checked 4 times inc. manager. The girl came out with my piece in her hand. Told manager. He wrote it up. He took pics. Later I got a call. I was told that piece was already damaged and said something about glue. What! No glue what so ever on car nor piece. As they can see from their pics. Remind you, they sent me the pics to look at as well. I seen nothing. And the car was dirty when going in. I asked to see the after pics after the wash. I told him my car was not damaged at all. It was in very good shape. No missing parts at all. They machine broke off my piece. They need to replace it. Their service has gotten much better. I come here often because the staff is real friendly. They have detailed my car and it came out as good as it’s going to get. My car is lowered and it still enters the ram just fine.
Update: 4/25 due to the lack of follow up by them, I will be cancelling my membership. Make sure they leave space for you.
As a member of the Unlimited Wash Club, I typically enjoyed this location….until today. My car was hit by another, while inside of the car wash. I could literally feel the impact. The way they squeeze cars into the machine slow close to one another, always made me uneasy. When I exited the machine, I didn’t initially see the damage until the car was completely dry and this bumper is brand new. The other driver explained that his car was in park and the machine pushed his car towards mine. The male employee disagreed with him and stated that he must’ve pressed on the gas. The employee just…walked off. Now…I have a gift from my visit. Tell them to leave space between your car.
It’s ok always packed at this location. Don’t like how they make the cars go in right behind each other bumper to bumper! Very dangerous! Plus you don’t get a very good wash and dry.
I got the 14$ car wash yesterday and it was worth it for the price. I still had a bit of dirt left but I think it needs a proper detailed wash to clean it.
Overall, it was worth it for the price!!
Not impressed. The car wash does no better of a job than any other automatic car wash the tire shine only did half the tire. The vacuums are subpar or need a major clean out. Oh and the most funny part when you select your wash it prompts for a tip… for what? It is automatic and self-service vacuums. Would not recommend or visit again.
